mad-cow (Fun for new paintballers a challenge for experienced)
Review:
CJ's is a fun and safe place for paintballers of all ages. Being only 14 myself i found it to be the best field i've been to. Yet besides the field and friendly staff i found the paint (that you must use) is FAIR but bringing your own paint would be better ($15 for 500) and no cheaper in bulk ($60 for a case) also the balls are wobbly in air and brake less than 50% of the time. My co2 tank valve broke and to rent a CA tank was another $5. CA is free to fill and co2 is free the first time the its $2. Admission is reasonable $15 with your own marker $35 for a spider package and $40 for a tippmann 98 package. Packages include a mask, 500 rounds, a marker, and I'm guessing from looks 3000 psi compressed air tank. Passes are $75 for 1 and $150 for family. they sell some concessions like Gatoraid and chips. the field itself is split up in to 5 fields. The island ( a narrow long map surrounded by 2 creeks) north woods (kinda like storm the castle with one side cover depleted and the other with 2 "forts") speedball ( AIRBALL) Town (small map with tons of cover You will waste ammo For sure) and one that wasn't open that day. The fields are fun but to much cover often results in a stailmate and lots of paint randomly fired. the skill level of players here ranges from first timers all the way up to 5 + years of skill and very "custom" markers. paintballers were very unorganized when it comes to teams and skill. Just a tip you must be aggresive on this field
