We planned a family paintball afternoon-first time for most of us. Upon arrival we were yelled at and treated very disrespectfully by the lady in charge from everything to where to park , to sit, to stand while we waited etc. to the point of this lady even calling my daughter a b*tch when she asked to be talked to respectfully. My daughter was even made to sit out a round after this(daighter is 21-not a child). We will never return there. We even had employees apologizing to us for her behaviour. Beyond me how they have anyone return there.
Sorry you had a poor outing. It seems quite obvious that there was a personality clash between the two.
Your daughter violated Rule Number #1 (Goggles On), immediately after the Safety Briefing. She was yelled at to save her eyes (she was putting her head around the corner of the target range wall, without goggles, yelled at with something like "Get your head back from there!!"). In the rules it's stated that, if you break the rules, you sit out a game. It's sad how a 21 year old can't follow very simple rules, that she could have lost her own eye sight, and it's someone elses problem for not saying "Please" to save her eyes. After the overheard b*tch comment, she was offered a full refund, which was refused. Your daughter later broke Rule #2 (Barrel Sleeves required in the safe zone), which endangers others in the safe zone, not just herself, unlike the first rules violation. She obviously has a problem with safety or following rules, and the safety of all present. Our safety rules are to protect everybody from injury. Sorry, for saving her eyes, and our too.
