I have played on and off for over 7 years now and I have never met a friendlier staff of paintballers. The play is all woodsball scenario type play, so do not go there expecting speedball. I play both woodsball and speedball, and usually prefer speedball for the just fast paced adrenaline rush.
When I realized it was only woodsball and the layout I was skeptical. However we split up and played a battle. I had a blast! There were not as many paintballs flying in the air but the field is setup so you can either move or find a spot to sit and wait for opponents moving. I liked the feeling that someone could be anywhere, instead of speedball where you generally know where the opponent is shooting/hiding.
I plan on going back and had a blast with all of the staff. They are the most positive experience I have ever had with the staff of a paintball field, and I have played on a lot of fields all over North and South Carolina. The safety factor is there however a bit more relaxed than the usual "afraid of getting sued" fields these days.
If they ever have a large scenerio game I am sure it will be one to go to. |
