This field is great. Ive only played paintball twice so far but the first time was enough for me to go out and buy a marker! The owner Mr. McCoy is a real friendly guy. His advice is very helpful. He is honest about products and has a good selection at his pro-shop. I will plug his website because he owns both the field and the shop. It is http://www.mccoypaintball.com. At the field there are three speedball courses and one woods course. Being in the military my friends prefer woods but I enjoy both woods and speedball. He has one of those inflatable air-obstacle courses that is a lot of fun, one real low to the ground pipe/tube course and one big obstacle course. The woods course is huge and dense with trails going around it. The only bad thing about the woods is that the bunkers could be made better. But you could do it yourself. Maybe a little plywood and your golden. But no one even plays woods anymore. I think it has gone the way of the dino. The paint selection is kind of limited. While he carries a GREAT name brand (Anarchy, sponsors his team) and a few others I haven't tried, he is still limited to about 5 kinds. His air is Co2, and Nitro and he has very reasonable prices. 2.50 for a small bottle and 3.00 for a large 20oz. 10.00 for all day air and I think that is to include nitro as well. Refs are totally cool and will come out and play a few games with you. If you feel like reffing your own games you are more than welcome to do that or just play without one. Getting to the place is kind of hard and maybe throwing up a few signs along the main road to point the way out would be nice. Netting is up all around the fields so there is no chance of stray balls. I give the man a lot of respect for what he has put together and encourage ANYONE Male or Female any AGE to come and check it out! He is the REAL McCoy.
