Other Fields
in the Area:
Cameron's Indoor and Outdoor, Splat Assasins, Barrie Paintball. Sniper Alley is an indoor field best described as a scenario field with excellent milsim attributes. I believe it to be the best designed, well run, creatively operated indoor field I have played.
to the Field:
Queenston road near the canal in St Catharines. Google the address for a map.
Review: My son, his friends and I generally play outdoors at different bushball and scenario fields. We love to play in the snow but when it is too cold or wet we go indoors. Most of the indoor fields are too small, too crowded, too many inflatables or all about speedball. I appreciate the speedball style but it just is not for us.

We discovered Sniper Alley on this site actually when planning our weekend outing. The link to the Sniper Alley website was listed and we checked out the pictures on the site. Just to be sure we took a ride out to the field to see if it was half as good as the pictures on Saturday. We were blown away. The field is 100x better than the pictures. Between a game the owner gave us the tour and we promised to come back on Sunday. We did and had the best indoor day ever.

The field is 14000 sq ft over 2 floors. The bottom floor is probably 10000 sq ft and the top level the remaining 4000. The bottom floor has a dark maze of blind hallways around the perimeter and 2 inner fields; one with airplanes and sand bag bunkers and the other is a town scene with buildings. The upper level (3 sets of stairs) is another set of hallways around the upper perimeter and throught the centre. This is a milsim scenario dream; tons of sniper opportunities and infinite blind corners and places to hide. Total adrenaline rush clearing the top levels hunting in teams!

The floor surface is sand. I was not sure how it would be but it is far superior to astro turf. No slipiping and great for sliding and diving. You do get a bit dirty but that is all part of it eh?

Safety - excellent safety and great ref. Zero tolerance for barrel bags and mask violations. This is a good thing.

Balls - Draxxus- 2000balls 120.00

Entrance - 30 for renters (all equip plus 100 balls) 25 for owner (100 balls and free air) they dont have CO2. Well worth it when you see the faciltiy.

Renter equip - Tippmann 98's

Pro shop - good selection for only being open since November

Games - all kinds of scenario games (and a bit of speedball) PLUS they load the field with prizes (balls, tshirts, day passes etc) never seen that before!

Food and drink - all available, free popcorn

Birthday room - YUP

Bathrooms - obviously, but clean!

Safe zone - nice tables, movies playing, music pumping and 6 screen video coverage of the field. More like a nice club than a paintball safe area. You wont believe it.

Ownership - Really good people. They really care and the whole family is working there. A ton of money and creativity went into this place and i will never go anywhere else for indoor paintball. Wasaga Paintball is the king of outdoor but Sniper Alley is the king of indoor AND in my opinion better than most outdoor fields in Niagara for scenario play!

You will not be disappointed. I honestly thought twice about posting a review and keeping this secret to myself but paintball is a team sport right!
