Other Fields in the Area: |
Plains paintball - nice people and decent fields, but I like G's field much better.
Lewis Bowl - I don't like it, period.
Splatball (yankton) - was an great field but it is closed down now.
TDR - not sure if they are going to open this year. Ok field but kinda a long drive for me. |

Directions to the Field: |
The minimap on their website shows you right where it is. It is very easy to find. |

Location:
This field is very easy to find. Just use the minimap on the website. If you want a text description, take hwy 275, then turn south at the first dirt road west of the Stanton turnoff, (it should also be noted that this is the same dirt road taken to get to maskenthine reservoir, which is also a nice fishing lake, but I digress).
Prices:
No field fee, $5 all day air, and you have to use their paint. However, the paint is karnage, with the most expensive case being $45. I used their cheapest paint and it shot like a dream. (Just in case you are wondering, the guns i used where: CCI phantom, pump trilogy cocker, and an nxt shocker.) You can use any type of air that you want on the field. They carry 3000psi air and no CO2, but they have air tanks to rent out if you need one. They also have rental guns, masks, tanks, and hoppers.
Staff/people:
The people here are as friendly as they come. They are very nice and are willing to help you out whenever you need it. They have a good ref on the field to keep everyone honest. Also, their paintball team as well as the owner offer lots of great advice both on the field and off (tech advice). Safety is maintained very well by both owner and players alike.
Field:
This field is very well built and kept up. The field is cut into a hill with the net being at the top of the hill, making for a safe and excellent view of the field for spectators. The field itself uses psp layouts. The bunkers are very well taken care of, as the bunkers are washed, dried, pulled up and put away after the day is over. The turnaround time between games was long enough to clean, reload, air up, and talk about the last round of games, but short enough that you don't get bored waiting for the next round of games.
Overall:
Honestly, this is the best field i have ever been to. I like the field, the people, the paint. I can't say anything bad about this place. 10/10. I can't wait to go there again!| Last edited on Wednesday, April 14th, 2010 at 5:51 pm PST |
