Other Fields in the Area: |
ESG - not nearly as good fields, prices, staff as Xcalibre.
PAG - airball field is not as well maintained, and it is much more crowded than Xcalibre.
YGP - Only played on their airball field which was on par with Xcalibre. |

I have been a regular at this field for two years now.
All of the woodsball courses are excellent. There are a variety of field sizes and styles so they can accommodate any size of group. I've played with groups as small as two and as big as 40+ without issues.
Their rentals are good, no problems and in decent condition. If you ever have a problem they will bring a new one to you at the field, you don't have to walk back to the shop which is nice. All of the rentals are clean and work fine, multiple packages to choose from.
Staff is very friendly and helpful, very knowledgable and willing to answer all your questions. The refs make sure everyone is having a good time and teams are not stacked unfairly.
Proshop has good prices and they will get you what you need. If they don't have it, they'll order it for you.
They have a lot of extra rentals that you can purchase which is nice - there's pod packs, neck guards, electronic loaders, etc etc etc for a bit more money if you wish to enhance your paintball experiance.
They often rent you out a free HPA if you have Co2 which is great so you can fill up at the fields and hpa is better for your marker :)
In terms of prices, they are decent. With your own gear, there is a $20 entry fee, and then $90-$120 for a case of paint, depending on quality. With a field membership paint and entry is reduced dramatically.
Xcal is an awesome field I would definitely recommend checking it out.| Last edited on Monday, February 20th, 2012 at 1:06 pm PST |
