This field is set up purely for profit. The guest service is horrible. The management will not honor tickets from a company they have have subcontracted to sell . They turned us away at the gate after we paid a $300.00 "reservation fee" and paid $150.00 for the tickets. so we paid $450.00 and have nothing to show for it. RUN, don't walk away from this facility.

That lady made reservation for 30 people on a day that it wasn't normal hours of operation. We opened the field, prepared everything for 30 people got our refs in and then 4 people showed up. 4 People!! Of course we denied the service and she was suppose to lose her reservation deposit which by the way it wasn't $300 as she is saying that it was. It was only $150 because she didn't have any more money on her account. We wanted to help her so we agreed to only charge her half of the deposit that we normaly get. Despite the fact that repeatedly told her that in order to make a reservation needs to have a minimum of 10 people and the fact that it is writen on the coupons that she got she still doesn't admit that she knew about it.
It is ok though we forgive her for the bad review and hopefully she will give us the chance to serve her and her people in the future
By the way she got her money back.
I have been to this field and have enjoyed each and every time i go.The customer sevice is the best i've seen from any of the fields in the area.They are very accomidating and will do everything they can to help make your day great.I personaly like to thank them for a great time and i will contiue to play there.
