This is the same outdoor field splat attack used to be located at but now under new management and great management at that. The urban field has been re-worked a little to offer more bunkers. Airball field is still a great airball field. The main difference between PSP and splat attack is the staff. PSP staff is fantastic, always working and getting players into the game. Very safety conscious as well. most of the picnic tables are covered and there is a bathroom a short walk away. no pro shop (yet?) but they do offer some small snacks and pizza can be delivered to the field if you need lunch and did not bring one. Prices are very close to splat attack but the staffing is better by far and so is the paint. DXS paint is used and even the low end stuff is good paint. rental markers are your typical assortment of tippmanns using HPA tanks. Field velocity is at 275 which is great because its a smaller field and the slower than normal velocity helps bring new players into the sport with less of a paintball sting. I played as a walk on, being very experienced with high end equipment and playing against novices the ref limited me and a few other experienced players to only using one finger on the trigger which i thought was a great idea so everyone can play together and have fun. Refs were very helpfull and would give players tips on how to play better weather they were new or experienced. It was raining the day i played but all the staff was in good spirits and having a good time along with the players
go check it out, you wont regret it |
