Review:
Overall this was a pretty good place to spend the day. The different fields were good and there is lots of nice terrain. Town and Mars Attacks (I think thats what its called) were great. Depot was not. The the staff was pretty nice and paid attention to people ramping etc. The other players were nice, though I did notice some wiping and some bonus balling. This happens everywhere though so not something I really hold against the field.
Twoish downsides:
1 It seemed to take forever to get games going. There was at least 20 minutes between games when 10 minutes would have been fine. Also, even though the field opened at 10 the first paint was shot after 11. It certainly would have been nice to get started on time.
2: I am used to a much more stringent enforcement of safety rules. It has been mentioned a couple of times below, but barrel covers were not always on and I was really surprised to see people taking masks off while still on the sidelines and in the line of fire. I did not feel unsafe at any time but, I can see problems arising if this is not clamped down on. One loss of an eye and say good bye to Skyline.
Neither of these things would keep me from coming back. Its a long drive for me, but the fields make up for it. If they can improve the times between games this place might enter the regular rotation of fields I play.
