Skirmish has a large area of playing fields. Excellent terrain for playing paintball. They also have an excellent variety of large playing fields. Good bunkers, well kept. Lots of places to hide. The property is huge. OVER 50 FIELDS!!!
They cater to all different playing styles, Rec ball, Speed ball, scenario etc. I have mostly played big game scenario games at skirmish, and they are the best big games/scenarios games I have ever attended.
The Ref's are professional, and very safety conscious. The walk the field and ref the entire time unlike some fields where the ref's seem dis interested and don't really pay attention.
Aside from having plenty of paintball related merchandise there to sell, just about anything you would need to play paintball, they also during big games, have tons of vendors attending selling anything you can think of. It's a great time to get some new equipment!!
The biggest complaint I have heard about skirmish is the cost. At times they are typically a bit more expensive to play there, price to play and price of paint, but you get what you pay for!! Big games the paint is usually less expensive. Usually around $75 a case which is generally the cost per case on most fields.
If you want to play on amazing fields, its worth the extra $$. |
