Good folks run this field, friendly, helpful and they don't charge you an arm and a leg either. The field is relaxed and currently they are doing 'bring your own paint' which helps w/ the expense.
The fields are good - the main field w/ forts and a little woods is the most used field and it is good. The woods field behind isn't bad, seems a little small sometimes however.
All of that being said, this place it good - it could be great however.
A serious 'clean up' would do wonders. Debris and trash are around, some rotting piles of wood, the drive along side of the field really needs to be leveled out and the picnic tables and tarp needs some love. A couple of works have broken apart a bit.
Mostly cosmetic stuff. They have plenty of rentals and good prices and friendly folks.
With a little work and a little money, the place could be quite a bit better however. |
