Great layout lots of areas to play, Vast layout, tons of props to use for cover and great for scenarios. Wayne is the king of scenarios. I have played in several waynes dollack scenarios and they are the best. Well organized and great fun. Highly recommended for all expirience levels. I would play there for every scenario if work would permit. A+
