I personally know John and I happen to enjoy being around him. I have never seen him get worked up before in my entire life as these other reviews say. Its the best service I have seen in a long time. They are always willing to go the extra mile to make your experience at Gonzo's more enjoyable. I have seen John let someone rent a gun for free because this kids gun broke down. He didn't want to see someone lose 10 dollars because their gun broke down.
