The fields are pretty nicely organized. Staging area is good. Pro shop is well equipped. Refs are good.
To much time wasted. You have to walk for 5-10 min to the field (which is OK as fields are big), then you play one round (15 min or so) then instead of switching sides you walk back for 10 min and then there is a minimum of 15 min of waiting to as much as 30 min for hte next game.
At the end of the day you 'll play 3 or 4 games so 1h in total and you'll spend 2-3 h on the bench in the staging area waiting or walking
This could be a very good place to play some paintball if they made breaks shorter and let you play 2 rounds (switch sides) every time you go in the fields.
You claim Barrie is better but the walks to the fields there are MASSIVELY longer than the walks at Wasaga! And not always is back to back in the field a good way to go... maybe if you're no0b and hide in the bunker the whole time and then want to do the same again... but those who play use up ammo and not everyone has ball haulers (especially renters) and what's the sense in playing a second game immediately if half the people walk away because they're empty or low? Of course, at Barrie where the walks to the fields are ridiculous maybe people would complain if you didn't run back to back... but Wasaga is compacts a lot of excellent fields into a very easy walking distance and to say anything else you must be a simpleton. Suggestion: Next time you walk from the staging area to any field at Wasaga set your watch and time it (my guess is under 5 minutes even for the furthest). Do the same at Barrie(5 minutes minimum even the closest one...). And then shut your mouth and don't diss Wasaga ever again. k thx.
