I just started playing paintball and gotta say everyone up at PBR is awesome, my first time there was last weekend and they totally helped our group of newbies out. Of course we all got pretty hooked and went back this weekend.
I picked up a used gun and was having some velocity problems (shooting low) and the staff helped me narrow down the problem (bad CO2 tank) and gave me a loaner HPA tank to use for the day....very cool!!
A lot of the more experienced players were very helpful as well, giving us playing tips, guns suggestions and overall just being really cool. The whole place has a very beginner friendly atmosphere...if I were not moving to NC in two weeks this would definitely be my home field.| Last edited on Sunday, June 17th, 2007 at 3:21 pm PST |

Absolutely Awsome! - We rented field for my bachelor party I think it cost us something like $250.00 for the whole day, including 2 cases of paint, air, and equiptment rental for all of us. They opened on saturday just for us and three guys came to ref and help us out, everyone but me was brand new to paintball and the guys helped everyone out and were very patient and helpful, we even blasted the heck out of one ref and he was still laughing and having fun, they did not rush us at all - even saying they would stay all day if we wanted, we ended up playing for four hours and buying two more cases of paint ($40.oo ea - not bad!) best of all out of the six of us that were there, I think 5 of us are going to go play again I had a blast and the guys at the field helped me change a few guys minds about paintball and have recruited some new players!
Bottom Line: Based on this one time playing there I would gladly go there again and I suggest that you do to. There is a field only 10 minuets from me but the prices are higher and its a small field - I will gladly drive the hour to go to P.B. Revolution again. |

My fellow teammates and I have been playin there alot this summer! The first time we went there they were very friendly and helpful. Most places that you go make you feel left out if you haven't played there alot. They had very fair prices! Also when we had any gun problems, refs or the staff didn't hesitate in helping us out! A+++ guys who Run the place! I would have to say this is one of the top places to play in the area! We played in one tournament this past summer and it was a blast. Great turnout and great refs! Over all i would rate this place a 10/10! |

Awsome, awsome experience. I played speedball for the first time here. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They were especially helpful to those of us with little experience on a speedball field, offering tips on strategy and tactics.
They have a few scenario fields which I would have liked to check out, but apparently they were having a problem with poison ivy, so I can't complain about that.
Prices were very good, $10 for all day air and excellent prices on paint, or you can bring your own for $10. I think rentals are only $25 and that includes air too, so don't be afraid to bring friends who don't normally play.
I think this may become my home field now that I'm playing again and it's so close to me.
It's a great field, still a work in progress, but the guys who run it are not really in it for the money, they're in it to play paintball.| Last edited on Wednesday, September 6th, 2006 at 11:30 am PST |

My first time out playing there and they just started making this place from nothing. I have to say they started out making this field with a good start with more work to come. This is a great field to play at and is prob going to be my home field because its so nice and so close to me. People are vary nice and they all know what they are doing. Speed ball setup is great and pritty big. Prices are really good too. $10 allday play and air, $10 if you wanna bring your own paint, or 35 to 45 a case of paint, witch is good pricing I would have to say. If you need some thing they will order it for you. Try this place out, you will love it!! |

AtomiX (closed now) - Great field! Expensive but good setups and turf is awesome, few refs, marginal paint
Futureball outdoor - few refs, very expensive, ok fields

This place was great. There were plenty of refs (like 3-4 for 4 on 4) Great bunkers they were fully inflated the entire duration of play. VERY good prices. There was no field fee for field paint which was great paint $40 a case for tourney quality and the owner was great and cut $10 off of 2 cases me and another guy bought, and $10 for air all day. The owner was a very nice guy, i forgot my mask and he lent me one at no cost. He was reffing and during breaks would come around and talk to people. The refs were great too.
Plus:
Prices
Owners
Plenty of refs
Field
Different levels of players
Minuses:
Entrance throws you off (says eagle claw but the owner said he was changing this soon)
Small store (just the basics)
All around a great place. If your in the mid mich area this is the choice for you

This is my place of preference in Michigan. I mostly play down south in N.C., but when I'm up in Michigan i prefer to play at PBrevolution. It's very affordable with reasonable prices for the quality paint that they provide. Nicely constructed airball field. THe owners are very open to help, they've even lended markers when ours went down. Would defiantly recommend it to both rec. players new to the game and experienced players who've played for years. |

Well where do i start. I was in michigan on vacation and heard there was a nice super 7 nppl field so i decided to bring my stuff and give it a try. This place is actually pretty fricken sweet. the field is amazing but the setup could be better but they said they change it quite often so i think i just got a so-so setup. The refs are really cool and you can talk to them about anything. there are a lot of refs during a game so those ceatin punks cant wipe. There are a lot of good players at this field. i was told there are a lot of regulars. mostly speedball players play here so it was very nice for me. they play one game then switch sides then play one more. after that you go back up and refill. the place was overall ran pretty smoothly. there wasnt any times when i thought to myself i wish they would hurry up and start a game. They have really great prices on the paint. its 45 for a case and if there are any breaks you just take it back inside and they replace the broken paint for you. the place is also cleaned well. there isnt trash and crap layin all over. they mow the grass and its a really nice place. they dont have much of a pro shop just some things you might need like barrel condoms and pods. but overall i reallly enjoyed myself there. the refs were really cool and the players arent jerks. everything is ran very smooth and i will definately be playing there again next summer. i would reccomend this field to anyone because you can rent equipment or bring your own. this place really is sweet. i think they could change the setup but they just had a tourney and they said they were going to. i am only a speedball player so i never played woodsball but they have a few woodsball fields and by the looks of them they are pretty nice. dont overlook this place! it rocks |

safety---the best ive seen. guys are at the exits of fields watchin for barrel bags, making sure masks stay on at all times on the field.
hours---they have a 6 hour open play on sundays, currently the only day their open
prices--some of the best ive seen. there is no field fee, a 10 dollar air fee, and paint is cheap, PLUS if you want you can bring your own for 10 dollars.
rules---pretty simple, take it easy on newer guys for those who have a lot of experience, they do a good job of splitting that up anyways, chrono speed is around 270 i believe so its not too high, but high enough to get good shots across field.
services--the owners have taken tech classes for quite a few guns so they can fix almost anything you have. if they cant fix it they will give you a rental and sometimes they loan out thier guns(dont count on that everyone)
proshop--they dont have a shop but you can get anything through them
staff---owners are awesome, very helpful, the refs are great and also very helpful, alltogether everyone there is very nice and helpful to anyone who comes out.
players--there is a wide range of players that come out. some are hardcore woodsballers or scenario players, and some are intense speedballers. so whatever you play there are guys who will be willing to play the same as you.
overall i give the field a 9 because lets be real, the only 10's out there are SC village, and maybe PEVS..plus i still need to play a few more fields. |

i think this is the best place to play i now call it my home field and would have never got this serious about paintball if it werent for the people there. i go there every sunday and even hang out with Ryan and James from time to time.
i even have and are going to buy a gun from themn for a great deal. i was at the tourney there the other day and the way they ran everything was top notch they had so many refs and were on top of everything
i give this field an 8 because i still have a few other place to try out
but i will always come here over everywhere else |
