Never played anywhere else except someone's backyard, but I've heard of Crush Paintball in Screven County. |

I love Boroball. There are plenty of bunkers and lots of woods space. The owners are great and the prices are reasonable. The owner knows what he's doing and knows a lot about the different types of guns. If anything is wrong with it, he'll fix it for free. It's only five dollars to play all day if you have all your stuff, and only $25 to rent a gun with five hundred paintballs. The only bad thing about this isn't really all that bad. The speedball course is made of sand so its really hard to run in, but its a whole lot of fun to try. If you're ever in the area give it a try. |

Lets see.... if anybody saw saving private ryan and really paid attention to the D-Day scene, you will have the NOT-so-but-maybe-someday-quallify-for-a-little-bit-more-of-a -famous-and-fun-decent-playing-field. Yes that is a word.
OK first off...as everyone has mentioned before, there is a MUCHO LOTTO sand. Like i said D-Day. Its just like the movie because you cannot run fast, your gun locks up because of the sand, your bunkers are so ghetto'ed up that no matter how hard you try the paintballs slip through the rotting holes. Basically you cannot have a successful run to kill people, get the flag, or even for that matter move to the next bunker.
The next thing on my list and others that I have previously read would be the staff. I agree with all of the others because the staff is great. NOTICE i say staff not owners and managers. I dont believe the field would still be operating if they were not there. Well now that I think of it, i still dont like the way the field is runned. They operate the field like me and my friends used to play when we just started playing. Anyhow the staff is the only ones that i would even let LOOK at my gun. There was this one guy who I actually respected and i believe his name was Johnathan. The last time i went out there they told me that he did not work out there anymore so i see no reason to go there anymore. Johnathan and all of his friends(that are actually skilled in the sport) dont go there anymore so only little kids with their "awesome PIMPIN SIMPIN TIPPMANNS" play. PIMPIN SIMPIN TIPPMANNS = NO FUN.
This one is short..........POOR OWNERSHIP & OPERATION. I mean the owners are nice but they make no attempt to make the field better....i mean for cryin out loud plant some grass...legal or illegal.
Last but not least because i really have better things to do...WTF is with that "castle"
and the woods field. you know what nevermind im going to use the bathroom. |

this was my first time ever playing, and it was fun, they served hotdogs and cokes for $1 and the rental guns are good sniper-rifles for their woods field. a box of ammo is cheaper than wal-mart, and the c02 is very cold there. the bunkers are good and are made of wood, and stop paintballs from hitting you. the woods field has a small village with village style wood houses to stop the paintballs and to hide in. the umpires on the field fixed my sniper gun during a game when it stopped working which shows how much they like for the people to have fun. the field is made of sand, thats why i give it this rating, maybe if it were dirt, or grass, or mud, or concrete it could have been better, and they even told me they had fun when i played and the staff waved bye to me when i left, thanks boroball. your the $hiznit |

Crush - good stuff there. Give them a try.
Extreme - have to know people to get there. Ask the staff at boroball about it. You need skills to play there. |

If you like the beach but dont like the water, come to boroball. The sand is just un-called for to play in. If you think you are fast, try and run in sand. You will be slower than my grandma.
The owner is a idiot. He doesn't know anything about playing paintball or paintball guns. He has a very good staff there that between them can work on, install, fix just about any gun out there. The employees seem to be the heart of that field. The owner is for lack of a better word a dork. Without his staff the attutude out there would be monotone and boreing as hell. The staff made it fun enough that i almost forgot about the sand. I think there staff is what keeps all the people coming back.
To the sand. The sand is horrid, it get all in you gear and gun and will mess anything up if you are not carfull. The staff told me that hey refuse to play with there personal guns out there because of the sand. And i think if you value your gun and gear you will do the same. Or just not go out there.
They have compressed air tanks, but they never fill over 2000psi. you are lucky if you get 2000psi. most of the time you only get like 1000-1500.
Only has 1 kind of paint. Sever. Which IMO is no good. I like TC pro series alot better.
I am ganna give this a 1. The staff was great, they are the only reason i stayed there more than 10 mins. The sand just gets all over the place. If you value your gear dont bother. |

look, i'll be honest. if your training for operation Iraqi freedom, this is the field for you. the speedball field is a desert. the bunkers aren't that great. The woods field is ok. The owners aren't nice like said in the other reviews. They know nothing about running a field....... you'll never see me out there again. |

I would recommend this park cause it is good for all types of players beginners and pros cause they try to seperate the teams equally, so that it makes the game just as fun and fair and the owner eric is now selling the lease for about 5,000 dollars with all the stuff including: all the guns (tippmann 98 customs), masks, fill stations (CO2 and Nitro). But about the feild... It's has a good speedball feild and the woods is ok... the one good game in there is village. That is where you have so many people go in and protect the village and so many people try to take over the village. All the speedball games all good. One of the good speedball games is Castle... That is where about 5-10 people go into the castle and all the rest try to take it over. But that is all i have to say about Boroball.... I would recommend it to all players....

Boroball is a great place to play. The thing I like most about it is that it is always changing. New bunkers are always being added and rearranged. The prices of paint are average. But the owners are great. If your gun breaks, they'll fix it for free. If you've played all day and run out of CO2 that's all right, they have the equipment to fill you up fast. I personally don't like woods games, and they do so that's why I gave it a 9. But the speedball field is great. There is no perfectly safe place, you always have a shot. I would recommend it to players new and old. |

Boroball is a great place to go and play. Really nice owners, they will ALWAYS take care of you. Nice big field. The woods is not the best, that is why I am giving it a 9. low price everything you need is there. So if your in the area of statesboro give it a spin. Dont have a gun dont worry they are equpied with tippmann 98 customs. Check the site for prices. they also do nitro for you pro players. Great for pro or beginner players. |

Nice place, they have a speed ball and a woods field. The speed ball field is fun with many different bunkers, the woods field is huge. The staff is friendly and in it for the love of the game. All and all a great experience, fun day of playing at a cheap price. Very newbie friendly. Close to Georgia Southern University. |
