This is a long well-known place for Paintball and Airsoft field in BKK. The location is good, because it is close by expressway. The field is quite big, there is one field for Speed-Ball, one field for Woodball (also for Airsoft), and one in-door for Airsoft pistol. There are so many bunkers, combination of big, small, carwash, tower, snake and etc. The Speed-ball field may be slightly too big for 3-men-team, but good size for 5 or 7-men-team. The ground is pure grass/soil, which some area is not smooth, so hard for fast moving player.
The atmosphere is quite good, very friendly, and the owner also join the game of paintball every weekend. The stuff is new, and chaging very often, and less expereinced, but learning fast.
Sometime is flooded after the rain. The parking space is also a problem, especially on Sat or Sun afternoon. |

This field is known as Sukhumvit 62 field. It's the oldest field in Bangkok and they are still run their business as one of the best field in Thailand. The owner is Sake (or Sek). He is a nice guy and easy to talk to. Even though he is not fluently speaking in English but he knows what you want and will try to get things for you right away.
Positive - very easy to get there. Their staffs are friendly esp. Sake. The speed field is using imported bunkers so it's good. The other field is woodsball and it has lots of bunker to hide and seek. They are open EVERY DAY !!! even at night. If you want some experience playing paintball at night time, Sake will do it for you.
Negative - This field would be too small when lots of people come, then you have to wait for forever. Their parking lot can't carry many cars as other fields do so your best bet is riding the taxi. Not many pros will play here any more so it's good if you are new in paintball but not for tourny players. Even though Sake is trying to organize everything including their staffs, but somewhat staffs seem not to be trained as professional refs. Finally would be the price that seems to be higher than other fields.
Combat Zone 62 is the best field for new players who want to experience playing paintball. It's very easy to get there and you don't need to bring anything but you and your companies. This is an overall good feild, especially since they got Sup'air which is only recent. My team and i play there regularly with about 3 - 4 other teams turning up each week. The field can get really hard to play becuase its small and there are alot of people who turn up. The only real proble is that we have to share it with BB players. The feild organiser is great, he tryies to keep everything under control and does do a good job, there have been a few time where too many people have crowded him and he has not been able to take it, he dosnt explode he lets his wife do it. It really is a good feild i recomend it for its location, its price's are cheap. |

This field is a great field and im part of hte home team. TEam taurus. They have a great staff here and always a lot of people playing. THe people here range from newbs to pros and it gets pretty crazy. THere safety is p[retty great and yeah. THe only bad things are its expensive for paint and we have to alternate bewteen airsoft and paintball. THe field is also huge and has numbers on the bunkers so you can call out which bunkers people are in ... heheh gets pretty cheap.. no one cheats so its great. Play against the home team.. they are crazee good.. |
