This field is closed and up for sale.
The only field that was worth playing on was the urban course. The woods course was way too small and the X-ball field was a mud pit whenever it had rained recently. Everytime we went in the place there were promises of more fields to come and if they had commited to that I think they would probably still be open for business. The staff was nice and the prices were decent. |

These fields were great. The urban fields was fun fun fun! Speedball is my favorite game & they had jus nuff bunkers. The woods wasn't my thing, I was always downhill & got painted every game.... BLAH!!! We met several playas like Damien & Jose'. Gave us noobs a few pointers & had a real good time. I really recommend anyone to check the spot. It was about 38 degrees that day but who was worried bout the weather when ur havin' fun! |

The good:
Very nice fields.
A very clean woods field ( attack and defend type game)
an air ball field ( very nice field) one bad thing they had one of there air bunkers with the air fill towards the opposing stating teams side ( yup you guessed it took a hit and the air nozzle came off and started to lose air)
A city type field ( looked like alot of fun)
Filling station near the field (covered)
good paint and paint prices (nelson, xball)
The bad (If you want to call it that):
Reffs did not have the excitement towards the newbies I prefer to see, after the game they did not talk to the newbies , talked mostly to themselves and towards the experienced players.
(Hint to all refs . work the crowd!!! talk to the renters, the wives the players kids, tell the players how to play the game, when to move , how to talk on the field , don't talk so much with the experienced players about there shiny new gun.. You are there to get people to come back, again and again, )
they were only filling upto 2000 . (this happens at all fields so I always put it down to stuff happens)( I have worked in the paintball sport for 13 years I have seen suppliers not getting to a field for weeks at a time , even after the field calls and calls and calls)
To sum it up: Nice fields, thoughtful owners,( fill station near the fields very nice, )
and pretty decent reffs, good prices. give about 8 out of 10, (sorry only 9's I give out are to wife and Jessica Alba)

If you want to have fun playing paintball and want to enjoy it and not worry about the refs lazyness, come to American Paintball Club! This could possibly be the best course in Georgia! The qwner Chase Has to be the best guy i have ever met! You can ask him for anything! He will play with us too! After every game he asks anyone if they need anything (Air, Paint, Drink) he will get it himself too! One time me and my friends asked if he had anything to eat, he called the girl in the office and told her to order Pizza, and they dellivered it to the field! (TALK ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE)! Anyway Chase is the coolest! They have three fields right now and are making a capture the flag course soon (ive heard). They have an X-ball field which is perfect, it would have to be my favorite. Tips: Head streat for the snake or the 2 beer cans on the right or left, that will give you sight of everyone on the field. A woods course wich is awesome and i dont even like the woods. And an urban course. Tips: When the whistle blows either run around on the right side or left side and shoot everyone in the back as you run through the city. if you dont want to do that stay in the far left room on both north and south ends of the course where the windows are and neal down and go up and down and shoot, that way they other team can only see your mask and if you get hit its not going to hurt because it is a short course. it has has concrete blocks, which if you get to close can bang up your barrel so dont get so close and there are cars set up in the middle. it looks like a urban street. I would have to give this a 11 out of 10! if you want to play paintball fair and fun play at AMERICAN PAINTBALL CLUB in WInder Georgia! Theres nothing better! |

APC is by far the best field in the area .. the prices even better $65 a case OF good paint to tAtlanta's 125 a case of crap pmi , to wildfires 100 case "very good paint but not worth 100 a case" ohh did i mention 10 dollars all day air Nitro and Co2 BYOP Sundays who all does that ?
I play every Sunday And Chase the owner is the man very nice and friendly knows me by name and gets out on the field and plays
I cant say that for Eddie or Will at Wildfire and ive dropped over a grand there this year or the very unfriendly staff at ATL Paintball
This field is worth the drive in my opinion only 3 fields at the moment but more to be built in the spring i am told if all things go well
Look forward to seeing you out there |

I just started playing paintball. My first experience was at Paintball Atlanta. It wasn't a bad experience, but it wasn't anything like my experience at American Paintball Club. The people at American Paintball Club were EXTREMELY nice and helpful. My boyfriend's marker wasn't working right, so they offered to let him borrow a gun for free. The players were sweet and helpful. I loved the fields. The X field was a blast. The woods field was cool and pretty level. I really enjoyed the city field too. They were all level and well-maintained, not dangerous at all. The prices are very reasonable (way more reasonable than Paintball Atlanta). I recommend this field to anyone, but especially to newbies or people who just want to have fun with their friends. There weren't any "diehards" out there to intimidate you, just people who want to have fun. We actually stopped at Maximum Paintball to play, but they had a bunch of "diehards" there who were nice, but we knew would take us out in about 10 seconds (hardly worth the money). American Paintball Club rocks! |

Awesome fields Incredible customer service. Good prices
Mr. Chase Champagne is one of the best paintball owners i've ever met. he has very optimistic outlooks for the future of his field.
There xball field is Great very easy to maneuver.
Normally i hate woodsball but theres is actually fun to play
I cant say much for there town field everyone else seemed to enoy it but i just couldn't get into it.
This is a new field and they have huge expansion plans with time this could very well be the no.1 field in the state |

I have been playing paintball in north Georgia for 13 years and American Paintball Club has by far the best fields and customer service I have experienced. The field owner, Chase is the only owner I've met that takes the time to get to know all of his customers by name. He always makes sure that each customer is included in the games and that we all have a great time. He is as enthusiastic about the game as any of the players, if not more so. They currently have three fields in operation. Fort Courage- a wood attack and defend type scenario. X-ball or commonly known as speed ball. And a city street scenario including buildings, a subway entrance, even cars and street signs. All three fields are very well set up and a blast to play. I'm sure we can expect to see tournaments played here soon. The only draw back I see in the fields is the fact that the X-ball field is only dirt. I would personally prefer to see a grass field. It did have a small drainage problem but that has been solved with a simple drainage ditch. Chase is in the process of building a huge capture the flag scenario field, which I'm looking forward to. The prices are very competitive with other local fields. The "store" does not currently have much to offer, but on request Chase will gladly order anything you need. He does plan to add an equipment store in the near future. Saturdays are usually very busy here with no shortage of players, but Sundays are sometime slow. Chase is starting "bring your own paint Sundays" so I expect to see business pick up on Sundays. I definitely give this field a 10+ out of 10. Check it out! |
