Paintball Thunder is Excellent. It is a wonderful experience for me and a great place for all paintball aspects from practice to tournaments. The owner is a very nice guy, helps those new to the game and is a great coach. I have played in 3 tournaments at this field using two different fields.
1. They have a nice 3-man speedball field that is nicely set up with barrel, spool, flat and tire bunkers.
2. Also they have a 10-man field which I have played on that is composed of tire bunkers. The field is mirrored so it's nice to know what's going on rather than being clueless as to where everything is.
As far as sportsmanship goes, I have yet to hear any put-downs or profanity other than a few buddies joking around off the field. I would like to thank Chet Golat, the owner of Paintball Thunder, for a job well done and for giving all the ballers in the north western wisconsin area a place to play. |

Paintball Thunder has three Fields a
1.Town course which is a town of home made bunkers and some homemade houses that make it a lot of fun to play.
2. A 10 man speed ball course which is made of tire and barrel bunkers. Which was nice and big to play on.
3. They also have a new 3 man field that was very nice. The field was a miror field which was nice when it came to playing the field. The fieldwas small and fast making it alot of fun.
The owner was also a lot of help with everything from paintball questions to marker help. I will definitely go to the field again to play.

The one I would like to mention in the area is Hillcrest Paintball from Kennan Wisconsin. Its a great field with a great scenario. The only thing I wished would be different is if they would have tournaments. |

First of all I just tried to add this field and then I realized it was already on here. Joey must of added it. Anyways I think this field is awesome with a lot to offer. I think everyone should try it out. If its tournaments you like we got them. If its scenario you like we got one of them too. This field has great owners who are honest and definently not in it for the money unlike other fields because the prices on paint to equipment is incredibly low. One of the owners Chet Golat is a very nice guy and like the review before gives anyone tips, cause after all hes been playing a lot longer than most of us. As a member of Team Reaper I would just like to say If any of you want to take us on we will be here. If your ever in the ladysmith area stop by either to play or just talk about the sport. |

First off, this is a hidden treasure in rural Wisconsin. The owner , Chet, is way friendly and if you take the time to listen, will give you tons of advice to improve your game. Tank fills were way cheap.. and OMFG you can bring yer own damn paint! Employees (or lurkers.. aint sure yet) were Team Reaper which g ladly hopped on to the several fields available. I happen to bring my 12 year old step daughter which was walked through saftey and proper use of handling a marker. And.. was traded markers from one of the team (cough*Jerry*cough) which ened up smoking some of us "older" people! Unfourtunately she now has a crush on a team reaper member.. but there are worse things ;) It is family oriented, yet can still do hardball while the kids have a nap. To wrap this up... if you ever come through Ladysmith, Wisconson and are a baller, check it out.
