Splaters is a wonderful field to play , In 1989 when I started playing are team
Rads Rangers would have to drive to Lawton or Oklahoma City . It is nice to
have a paint ball field in Ardmore that is here for the sport and not for the money . I have been a ref. at Splaters and out tons of fields in Oklahoma and
Texas , I will say this is the SAFEST field I ever played . The rental Gun's are in great shape , mask's are clean and in great shape . The playing fields are clean and fun to play . They have a large speed ball field ( with safety netting ) . A large wood field with a 3 story tower , a 1 story tower , forts , tire bunkers . and a
natural wood field ( my fav. I am a little old school) . They sell candy and pop ,
all the paint ball supplies a person might need . Churchs , Schools and other groups play Splater's often . I look forward to playing Splaters Paintball soon !

I have been playing at this field for years and was playing when they were the only one here , they started paintball in ardmore and love them for it. The owners gary and tammie are great they are very nice , I know they love what they do. they have held more no profit tournys than anyone I have seen they are here for the people not to make money. Gary is great he has worked with me for years helping me buy parts and things, Tammie his wife is great she so funny. the refs at the field are great, they may keep on at u about keeping ur mask down but i'm greatful, they have a nice trailer with nitro and co2 tech on the field at all times, a nurse on site at every tourny, woods and speedball shade its great! |

It is an ok field the have had the same set up for about 5 years and everytime i was out there the paths werent mowed, and lots of ticks, the fort they have is a lil rickity, NOOO bathrooms,paint prices were horrid, Formula 13 was 90 buks!!!!The refs are layed back but nice if there are any.One time i was out there there was only 4 people who showed so the refs were playing??The guy that runs it is really nice though. |
