The speedball is really fun but i would like to see how well the woodsball course is before i go.the prices are really good here. I brought like $50 and played like all day. It was really fun. The staff is REALLY nice. They treat u like they have known u forever. Anyway i just want to know how is there woodsball course. |

I went and tried this field out on a Sunday with some guys on my team and really enjoyed my visit. The staff was friendly and willing to help with anything, and the other people there playing were also nice and willing to help. They have a woodsball field, a hyperball type field, and an airball field. I reccommend checking this place out for a great time on a Saturday or Sunday afternoon. |

Ok, Duck N Dive is a fun place to play. I've played with Timmy since he started in Lake City and have enjoyed every time I've gone out. The fields are great with a HUGE hyperball field, FAST 5-man speedball field. Massive woods (gonna get better when it cools off), and possibly soon to have a 3-man speedball field. The service is awesome, Timmy and the gang will help anyone with any questions or problems. They have prices that beat all local, and you can't get balls this cheap off the net! He sells Draxxus Blaze for about $50 a case, sells on Ebay around $40 + $15 shipping! Can't beat it! Safety is great out there too the netting is A+, they utilize dead boxes, and make sure everyone is playing safely, both on and off the fields. The environment is a safe and family friendly. Timmy won't let trouble get started there, and they remind people to 'watch their language' when necessary. Yes, sometimes people like to team up with friends, and that's fine. I love playing on the same team with my buddies. But some feel like that they are outnumbered, or outgunned. If it seems like the teams are uneven and you have a problem with it, bring it up to Timmy, or a Ref, or any of the regular crowd. We are out there to have fun, and want everyone else to have fun out there as well. We don't like coming home and reading a bad review that someone wrote because they didn't want to speak up while they were there. Everyone is entitled to an opinion and to post their honest feelings on PBReview.com, but why do people insist on flaming each other on a review page about a paintball field? I know I joke around on message boards and stuff, with guys I know, but I don't flame someone who is less experienced, or on a budget and can't afford to drop $500 or $1000 in a gun. What's the point? Paintball is one of the fastest growing sports right now. I'd like to see it grow, not be hindered by people downing others who play. What's the point of calling someone stupid, or saying someone is better that someone else? That's very childish, and might actually cost Duck N Dive or any other field business if someone takes to heart the trash talked here. If you don't like DND, or the people there, don't go there. It's simple. I see some of the other PB fields in the Florence area have had the same problems, people bashing people on a review page. If there's a problem, talk to Timmy, he'll do his best to rectify it. Lets just be civil when leaving a review. |

I play on team skyline at pee dee paintball and we decided to come check this place out..i thought the fields were well kept and large.they were very nice from what i saw..i didnt get a chance to check out the scenario field but ive heard that was great too..the hyperball field was fun..it was huge so you run a good bit which is always fun..the store was nice, clean, air conditioned, and appeared to have a large stock of equipment. the staff i noticed was very nice and seemed to help out any kind of problem. their home team seemed to be well organized and i even eavesdroppped on their tournament discussion..they told the game how it was..did not promote cheating whatsoever and made clear that people play the game fairly and have fun. i played a couple of matches with the help of one of the staff who filled my nitro tank free just to let me play a few games..i instantly saw how nice the staff was and with fields these days..the staff make a big difference on where i will play at..i would reccommend this field to anyone in the florence area.| Last edited on Tuesday, May 17th, 2005 at 4:17 pm PST |

Going to tell this straight up. The people who run this field are extremely friendly and will help you out. They have great prices on their products and paint. If you play paintball and want to be in a great environment around great players and play on a great field then you need to check this place out. If you don't check this place out I might have to cut off your trigger fingers. Seriously they have 2 speed-ball fields and a scenario field. All are great . You can consider these people your friends. |

I have to say this is the best paintball field in the Pee Dee area, especially Florence area. They have started working on the place about end of January and are still improving. They have 2 speedball fields and a scenario field including ponds, a gully, and fields. One field is a 10-man speedball field consisting of barrels, large black ditch pipes, and large paint totes (square containers with metal cage around it). The other field is around a 3-man to 5-man field with balloon bunkers. Both fields are very fun to play, although the balloon bunker field could stand to have more bunkers to hide behind and around, but nothing beats running for cover and narrowly dodging a ball.
Their store is improving each weekend. They already have sales on good markers and equipment, including chest protectors and knee and elbow guards. Their choice of paint is very varied and good, from Fuel at $13 a bag to Formula 13 at $10 a bag, and they also have Nightmare, Midnight, Blaze, Crucifire, and Proball. The staff is very friendly and readily helps you with any problem and attempts to fix it. I know I've taken my marker up there to be fixed and the employee fixed it without complaints, and even talked about what could cause it and how to fix it. Also, if there is anything you want and it's not in the store, they can special order it for you for probably the cheapest price you can find.
This is a very good field worth checking out. If you need help finding it they have a mapquest function on their site at www.duckndive.net . Hope to see you there! |

All i have to say is wow. This is the best field i have visited thus far. They have 3 fields: A woods ball field (Didn't play on that), 5-man (I believe) airball field, and a 10-man hyperball field (correct me if I am wrong). The players and staff were very nice. Their prices are great too. $5 for field fee and BYOP!! Can't get any better than that. Paint prices are low. If your in the Pee Dee area, I definitely RECOMMEND going here.| Last edited on Sunday, April 24th, 2005 at 9:30 pm PST |

Duck n Dive is a paintball field it's a good field to spend your days with for fun, the people that are running the place are good guys and try's to be helpful, they have 2 speedball fields, a airball field that pretty fun and a big hyperball field made outta barrels and stuff that i really like and a scenario field, which is just woods nothing more (thats where I really play most), the fields they have are better then most and the prices are ok compared to a lot of other fields and stores out there, their store is improving as they go a long, not much there right now but they will get more stuff in the store but they can order different items, as far as paint goes the price isn't to bad and they have good brands compared to other stores. I like what Timmy is doing and its fun so go check them out. and give them support, to be honest watching people play paintball and playing with team kinda takes the joy of the game out after awhile people play then get outta of it and get back in it b/c its a temporary joy, but there is one place you can find a internal joy thats God, if you don't know God and care to try him out (you can't go wrong) but you are not really into the hole church thing where you got to dress up and rules you are not conferable with and want something different try Pee Dee Community Fellowship located at Julia 4 Theaters 1110 South Irby St. A few paintball players attend there, if you are lost and you are looking for a light to find your way stop by Pee Dee Community Fellowship maybe we can help you find a light together. | Last edited on Saturday, June 4th, 2005 at 10:52 am PST |
