Review: I used to live in the little town of Charlestown NHY that the field is located. the first time i played at that field was with my best friend riche hurlburt and we had a blast. i loved the speedball course. it had two snakes and a large pyramid in the middle of it. th woodsball course was ok. its a great field for first timers and pros allike. the refs worked with you the whole time and were ready to check you as soon as you needed it.

Review: Partytime is a local field to me, and well worth the trip for Rec players. They run both a woodsball field, and a excellent 5 man Speedball field. Because Partytime offers more then just a plain paintball field, the non players in the family can tag along and still have fun, on the mini golf or driving range, or the go carts.

Having played there a number of times on both fields, I can say that the reffing is good, and the owners take a serious interest in what is happening. They keep a solid eye on new players, and make sure that they arent slaughtered by the tourney teams that sometimes play up there.

Their field pricing is in line with most of hte fields I have traveled to in MA/NH/VT. They also have a decent "quick fix" supply of parts in there shop. They offer both CO2 and Compressed air fills, up to 4500 PSI.

All in all the field is very enjoyable to play. As mentioned above, the field sometimes has a serious puddle problem after heavy rains. But they make a serious effort to be sure the bunkers and Speedball area are as clear as possible. The Woodsfield is a good size for fast action.

E&R No comparison! Looked at Holderness and Fairlee-decided against playing there
Review: My boyfriend and I and one of his friends went out to go paintballing Saturday(9/24). The friend was the only one of us to have never played before. We got there at about 1:00 pm. It took a little time before others got there. (There's a break for lunch and we came right in the middle of it so if you're going to go play 1/2 day in the PM 1:30 or so is a better time) The ref was very thorough in explaining the rules and he answered all of our questions when we interrupted him. My autococker jammed right off while I was trying to chrono and Anthony helped me get it straight. Once everyone got there, it was six or seven adults and 12 kids. Don't let that deter you, we had a blast. There was one little kid there we called "Mini Pro" he was probably 10-12 and he was good! We played both courses. I had never played sup air before, and I enjoyed it. The woods-ball was a little different than I had played before, but it was a good course. It just needs a little variety from capture the flag. Speed-ball was set up with quick resets. You didn't need to leave the field until you ran out of paint or air. The refs were excellent, they were always there for paint checks, making sure there was no wipe offs, or just dealing with marker jams. After each game, the refs would come over and wipe off splatter and hits so that no one was accidentally called out the next game. They definitely pushed the safety issues, it made for a safe environment. The thing that impressed me the most I guess was the atmosphere. Everyone planned strategies that used peoples strengths and weaknesses. Everyone had a great time! We will definitely be going again even though it's quite a drive for us. I'd give it an overall 8/10 (Just to leave room for improvements).

Review: I don't have much to compare it to, but the paintball I played here was great. I brought 17 friends on a thursday in order to have the fields all to ourselves. It had been raining heavily previously in the week, but the fields looked fine. The Speedball court was a lot of fun. The main complaint I had about woodsball was that there was a lack of good cover on the right side, and it was very difficult to cross that part.
The refs were great; they explained everything to us clearly, and were always ready to start a new game. One of my friends fell during speedball, causing his mask to fall off, and the closest ref slid in to protectively shield his face, while calling time out. They were really on top of things. One of my more experienced friends said that their paintball costs were the cheapest he'd ever seen, so that was also a plus.

Review: I've now played at Play Time twice and I must say that the first time I went, I saw the Play Time "Family Fun Zone" sign and I thought it would be terrible. This is not the case, the speedball is excellent. Perfectly set up and well maintained. My only complaint is that if it has rained within a few days, the field tends to be very wet (not really a problem, simply an inconvenience). 9/10 for the speedball field. The woodsball field is decent but I dislike woodsball anyways so this may be a bit biast. It seemed at first that the cover was too sparse (there is a space in the center of the field with nothing but trees, I guess that's okay for you sneaky guys) but it works pretty well. 7/10 for the woodsball. The reffing was excellent. These guys don't stand back and peek, they come and check. They're all clearly ballers and aren't afraid to be shot. Moreover, there were 8 of them to our 9 people. They're all friendly and professional. 10/10. Price is reasonable for this area (bad if compared to more densly populated areas where money is made off of entry instead of paint), especially if you get the coupons for $5 off of a case on their website. $60 a case, $10 all day air and $10 all day entry. 7/10. Overall, 9/10. Excellent field, especially for speedballers. Don't let the name turn you away.

Review: I havent had hte oppertunity to play hear yet, but I did stop by to give anthony (one of the refs) back his shocker which I used for a tourney. When I first heard about the field being up there I figured it was just going to be like woodsball and stuff. When I got up there Isaw the field which was set up really really nice the bunkers were blown and setup really nice, they were mirrored and all that good stuff, you could deffinetley tell it was setup by someone who knew what they were doing. After talking to Anthony I went over and talked to the owner about setting a time up where my team could go and practice, he was a wicked nice guy and I got a very positive feeling that would make me want to go back there and play unlike owners of other places around the area. Overall I would give the field a 9 out of 10 just because I havent actualy played there yet but plan on doing so ASAP. I will write a further review of refs, field, ect. after I play here, as of now I would deffinetley go up and check this place out even if you just want to check out there proshop or talk to the owner.

Review: This field is a new one for the charlestown area and there is only one speed ball area and a decent woods ball area, but the staff there make playing there the most fun i have had in awhile. They are fair, good refs who aren't afraid to be hit or pull someone out.

They are there to make sure you have fun and they do a good job at it. It is carried out in a organized manner in regards to the fact it isn't one long running chaotic event. They allow you and your Friends to play against other people in a challenge setup and the field is well maintain. The prices are fair if you buy the thousand or two thousand paintball and Co2 is just about right also. They chrono you before you go in to make sure things stay safe. They have strict rules about barrel sleeves and don't allow you to not wear your mask in mask zones.

When we got there, they already had about 12-15 people playing and more showing up. We got into the game and had a blast every since. I recommend this for anyone in the area. Give it a try and you'll be hooked. I garuntee.
(Garuntee only applies if you do have a good time and get hooked. Otherwise garuntee is null and void)

I give this place a 9 out of 10. If they get another speed ball field if more people come, then it will get a 10 out of 10 easily. Its only about a month old so its growing.

**Edit***
Well i have been there 3-5 more times now and i must say this is still a blast! a guy with a angel showed up and boy was that something else! Overall we did good with 3 on 4 and i must say i am coming back next week!
The Staff rules.
