I've only been here once, but i plan on coming back many more times. The field was amazing, and games were friendly to players of all experience levels. If you are a new player don't be intimidated by the numbers of experienced players, they'll let you have your games alone if you want. And there's always somebody there that will be around your skill level.
I went up with a couple of my friends who I'm trying to start up a team with and at first there weren't too many people there, but we stuck around and the number just kept climbing. We were even allowed to divide teams, ref games, and help re-inflate bunkers when we weren't playing. We all look forward to returning.
I had no problems with the staff or paint. Air fills are free, Co2 is by the ounce. It was a little pricey for me, but its worth the money.
Overall a great field. I give it a 10. |

Paintball Asylum and i like asylum better because i used to work there and i like the people a little better. Plus asylum has 5-6 fields and woodsball for the scenario guys (i hate woodsball) but overall asylum is cheaper(slightly) and has more fields and there isnt alot of light in Thirdeye, there is enough to play but nothing like outdoors. THEY ARE MAKING AN OUTDOOR FIELD!!! |

It is pretty fun and the guys there are cool, well Phish is anyways the other guys i dont know, but they seem to just keep to themselves. There are days though when it is like all tournament players like me and then i hate to see new players to the sport walk in and then leave because they dont want to play with me and the other tournament players. So in that way it isnt really that fair. Since there is only one field everyone has to share and take turns so u have to put up with that. THEY ARE MAKING AN OUTDOOR FIELD THOUGH. |

I went to this plays thinking it would be good becuase it is about a mile our 2 from my house. I thought that it was reball but no they change it so now it cost way more then paintball asylum. You have to pay for paint now and air and a field fee. I did not like it and i did not like the way the people acted up there. They where kids and treated everyone else like they where little kids and i am older then all of them. I think the field is nice but there is not enought light for paintball in the place. I would go to asylum anyday over third eye,i dont care how bad the weather is. |

To clear up a few things the last person typed...Third eye is cheaper than asylum but not by a lot. The turf they use is great and the competition is great on thursday nights and not so bad on the weekends unless they are practicing. Asylum and Third eye are perfect compliments to eachother in one city in that Third eye is indoor and perfect for the winter and crappy weather and Asylum is perfect when the weather is great in the summer. Great field and great people overall. |

Third Eye is all paintball now ands the competition is way tougher. I use a Ion with upgrade and i literally took 1 break shot and 2 steps and i was hit. It wasn't worth my money that day because they were practicing 4 a tournament at asylum. Now the competition aint too bad, but i reccommend Paintball Asylum. Its 2 exits away and it rox. They have a xball Field, 2 air ball fields, a new 7-on-7 regulation field, a Field with tires 4 bunkers and i heard of a woodsball field there too, and they are cheaper than third eye. third eye switching to paintball was a big mistake because reball was cheaper and i could play every weekend. so before they were a 10/10 now id say they are a 3/10. The only reason i say that high is because they have felt flooring now. |

Went to an all pump 3 man today & had a blast, I highly recommend this field as a great training ground to sharpen your skills.
Some of the "refs" complained that they werent getting paid enough "to care" about calls.
Just an observation, I had fun! I will be back as well.

This is a great field for players and teams to practice on. Re-Ball is a very cheap and effective way to strengthen your game, and this place in the only Re-Ball facility around here.
They only have one field, but it’s indoors and they’re always setting it up in a different way. Most of the guys there are cool, and they’ve got some food and drinks and stuff that you can buy. They have high quality Empire Sup’ Air ‘Ball bunkers, and the entire playing field is covered in this, indoor/outdoor carpet-like stuff, that really gives good traction.
They have rental equipment, Ions for $30.00 and crappy Loaners for $20.00. The rental packages also come with one free pod of Re-Balls and all the gear you need to play.
They have a $10.00 entry fee that is good for all day play, and is incorporated into the
rental charges if you don’t have your own gear. They also fill 3000psi bottles, and CO2 is $.25 an ounce, I think. You can get a 145 round pod of Re-Balls for $1.00 this place is great and I cannot wait to get back.
Oh yeah, if you’re pretty good and you need a challenge, they have “Phish” a pro player on Avalanche, and L.B. who played on Brimstone Smoke. And on top of that, their in-house team may play you too.
If you have little ones, and are looking for a good place to take them, if they want to get into paintball… this is a good place for that too.

I only played at this field once. Shot around 1400 balls. I shoot an 04 impulse. Did not have very good luck. It seemed to me that the reballs were smaller and had a tendency to roll out of my and other ppl's barrels. This would cause me to double shoot or have a ball half-way down my barrel by the time i fired. It also seemed to me that the reballs were not very accurate. I had to turn down my velocity to under 225 FPS to keep them from curving out of the barrel. And with the field being as large as it is this was not a good combination to get any kind of shooting distance at other players. Paint also has an oily residue on it, and by using the reballs I found that it had a tendancy to "dry out" my gun, therefore causing the ball curving problem. I did not have a good experience with the reballs themselves. As a training facility for speedball play, I wont use it because it is not a good representation of what my gun can do. As for the staff most were very helpful, a few a little young which is to be expected at a paintball field. The field setup and environment were very good.
Overall, if you are looking to go somewhere cheap and you are just "addicted" to paintball and cant go anywhere else due to weather or money, I guess it is your only option. But for the experienced player lookin to practice with his team or work on accuracy or such I just dont reccomend it. |

I've been to this place 3 times, and every time I've went. I've played the most paintball ever in 1 weekend!!! You play non-stop. You'll definitely get your weight up at this field. It has great staff, and a great place you can chill at. It's very cheap to play all day.....so whenever you're around the Ville, go to this place. |

I hear Paintball Asylum is awesome, but the indoor will only open in about a month |

I was wanting to go to Paintball Asylum indoor until I called and they told me it was closed for now. So i looked on here for other fields near me, and I found this air ball reball training center. The prices were the best, 140 reballs for 1 dollar, a 10 dollar field fee which includes free compressed air, but co2 is 25 cents an ounce... The place is awesome, several tables to set your gear on, a couple of couches, a big screen tv with stereo, and of course a great airball field. The staff was ok, not very heartwarming, but if I was looking for that i guess i wouldve gone to a g@y bar... It took them a while to notice me waiting in line, and a couple of the kids (workers) were smoking which i hate...But other than that it was great! The field has several types of bunkers, an X, tv's/cubes, aztecs, snakes of course, several doritos, and some others i cant think of the names for. Also, we only had a ref for a few games and the rest we were on our own... This one dude cheated so bad, I gogged him 3 times in the face, but with Reballs, there is no proof... It was very inexpensive and you could even play if you showed up at 10 pm... It was awesome, I would give it an 8, but due to the prices ill give it a 8.5. I just wish some of the workers showed a lil more professionalism, (the teenage workers), more professionalism than going out and trying to kick each other off the bunkers while they are picking up the reballs |
