A couple others .
Good places but pale in comparison to SPK.
Directions to the Field:
On Blvd St-Paul
Review:
Played there a couple of times and was suprised at how friendly and helpful the staff there were. The prices of the well stocked pro shop are the best in town and they sell good quality paint at a good price (approx 15$ for 500).The owner of the place is there most of the time and he is more than happy to show you his new ideas and gear just in from the orders he places regularly, even the specific stuff asked for by clients. Price for the membership is 50$ CAN and co2 refill is 4$ .The speedball field is being completely revamped (in a completely new location so the actual speedball field is still in operation)and the blueprint for it looks awesome. The recball terrain is divided into various sections that all have very good cover and are variable in size. There is even a forteress type building with lights and generators for night time mil-sim.
UPDATE!!!!- Saguenay Paintball has just opened an indoor field with awesome sound and light effects. I mean this is like paintballer heaven. The field has one main structure with four sub-structures set up in a star formation.Players can either hide under these buildings and or walk the many passages above. Security is very tight and the refs and employees are very helpful. The prices they offer at the center and the shop are the best I've seen so far (They even beat Canadian Tire and Wal-Mart on marker and equipment prices!) As of 6-6-2008 SPK has started a D-Day wargame which includes up to 175 players at one time. If you are planning to travel this year and want an awesome paintball or karting experience, look them up!
