The new location for this field is in belfair past the bremerton airport. Its by what i think is a lumber yard and a materials place. Go past airport autowrecking then pass the GREEN autowrecking place (cant miss it its big and green) and just keep going untill you see the sign for the field. |

I have been playing with this establishment since i have been playing paintball so about four years. They have changed locations but the management is still the same. This place is great i really cant say enough about it. They are constantly working on this new location bettering there already really cool field. They have a really awesome Urban course which is decked out with walls and buildings. On each end of the field is a two story building that is awesome (also a great place for a newer players to get some experience while not being right out in the line of fire) They also have an air bunker course up and running which i know is a fun thing for "speedballers" (not really my thing). The woods course is pretty cool too, everytime i go out there there is some new feature like a trench or a bunker that has been added so it is always improving. They have a great deal where if you buy a case of paint for i think its 50 bucks? that covers your entry fee and air and you get free lunch, they grill hot dogs or burgers you get chips and a drink usually like a monster or vitamin water or w/e. Also unlike NW paintball these guys order paintballs that are round and paintballs that any gun can shoot without breaking the ball. If you rent you actually get a choice!! You can choose a piranha or a tippman 98. The refs are very experienced and fair and really know what they are doing. What i like is that if there are people resting who dont feel like playing this round they will just do a small game instead of waiting around to play. The refs listen to what sort of game you feel like playing and make sure the teams are as even as possible. The head ref jason is a real cool guy who just wants everyone to have a good time and does what he can to make sure of that, on occasion i have even seen him let people use his own personal guns! You just dont see that at other places, these guys really care about what they are doing and genuinely want you to have fun and come back to play. If you haven't ever been here I highly recommend trying it out you will not be disappointed. |

Military discounts, Good pricing and packages, Tipman and pirahna, v force gogs for equipment and HPA. Field paint only different grades. Proshop off site. energy drinks and snacks on site. food delivered to site or go up the block to the plazas.
CHEAP
I've played here for most of my time and am there practically every weekend. The paint prices, and packages make it very affordable to play 2 days of paintball rather than other places and thats a big plus nowadays.
FIELDS
There are 3 fields (attack and defend, mid field with buildings, Upper field light brush bunkers and sniper trails) mid field is the most utilized and 2+ more fields under construction.
I like that its pretty much woods ball no matter what. There are local regulars who i get along with as well as are open to showing others tips and trying to make all enjoyable for all.
NOTE: there are SPPL teams that do practice there which doesnt sit well with walk ons when they are owning the field. Good though if you are interested in finding out more on SPPL rules and gaming.
I play there all the time but only gave it a 9 because id like to see the other fields up and running soon. not to mention there are some fields that are just insane but im sure they come at a price. this field fits the budget and allows for more game days and who can complain about playing more paintball.

I went to Paradise today. The officiating was not bad, but the local players could use some improvement. I have shopped at the shop for paradise before, and they are helpful and courteous. The complaints that I have are the local team the Havoc are some cheating SOME of BI@#ES. When you play on this field, be careful of the teams that they put you on. If you aren't on the team of the locals, you can look forward to a few spare wipes of paint. They don't play fair. When you spend 75 bucks for field fee and paint, you just want to play a fair game. If you can't get that out of local player, then why play? I know that somebody will post an objection to this review, but think about it before you play there. They could have a nice field if the local players would play fair and accept defeat.| Last edited on Wednesday, June 4th, 2008 at 4:46 pm PST |

This place is NICE!!! It has so many friendly ppl who help out the newbs and give away free paint at the end of the day if you need another pod or two. The refs are friendly and let the players choose the games. If you are looking for an INEXPENSIVE, FUN, SAFE field, come here. Lots of people show up every weekend so you won't be the only one here. Plus Team Havoc is now sponsored here and is cleaning the place up and they are a great bunch of guys who don't squash the slower players. |

Great woodsball fields and a very friendly staff. Had a good mix of players from beginners to obviously experienced guys, but the teams stayed fairly balanced and everyone seemed to be having fun. Only down side is they could use an extra ref or two - but who knows maybe one just called in sick that day :)
If you live within an hour of this field you definitely should give it a try - nuff said. |

Just a great field. Before some kids burnt down that building, and before Jeff got shot in the eye (not the fields fault) it was going great. I think Paradise is one of the best fields in the state. Friendly environment that doesnt leave any kind of player hungry for more. Alot of talent goes in and out of that field. For example PB.Rack and Seattle Shockwave.
Although there are no bathrooms there, you can just pee in a bush. Your a paintballer, its not a big deal. If you can stomach defileing a bush, go play chess. The nets and the speedball field are being redone, but when they were in use, the games that were played were enjoyable, well-reffed and well played.
Even though the parkboard is riding Charles and all these things need to change, I still feel this field is worth going to, weither youve been there or not.
And if you enjoy woodsball/scenario play, paradise is your field. HUGE woods fields, like, almost too big, can be any camo-wearing face-paint sporting persons dream.
Cheap paint, cheap prices, good reffing and safety, good location, well run, good speedball and woodsball teams/fields and a good atmosphere give this field a 10.
no point in disputeing any of this, its all truth. pure, unbiased truth.
come out and play some time, Shockwave is waiting. |

When you first get to the park all you see is there trailer. there staging area is located a good distance away from the field so moving some of your gear can be a pain for those with a little more gear may want to reconsider what they bring. when you finally get ready there games are usually strung out, and it takes them ten minutes to actually get everybody in teams and on the field. the refs were not very helpfull for the younger kids and werent very active once the games got going. there fields are relitevely big, but the 3 refs just stayed on the middle tap lines. the refs also kept blocking shots for some of the regular home fielders, by standing right next to the bunkers they were shooting out from and not moving to allow shots on these players. it wouldnt have been a big deal but it happened multiple times in multiple games. the refs were also not very on top of calls i witness multiple people over shooting by the regulars and the refs just saying brush it off . they dont have any bathrooms on site so you have to go to across the park or in the woods. |

This park is AWESOME! the prices are excellent and the personnel and players are real friendly. the very first time i played at the field, i was talked to and greeted by a number of different people although i didnt know any of them. game play is awesome. the ref's even ask if there is a particular game everyone wants to play, and at which area. there is an upper field, Lower field, Virgin Woods/Fort (awesome area to play at), and sniper heaven... which is a newer part of the field that has a lot of dense brush and shrubbery allowing players to wait and snipe if they get the chance. Also, the teams that play there (Team Impact & Reaper Army) are also friendly, and like to talk to the players at times. Also, they are very helpful in giving paintball marker advice-troubleshooting. since i've had a number of times where my gun went bad for some reason, and ive even seen some kids get assistance from the ref's teams when there is something wrong with their marker. overall, an excellent place to go if u want to have some fun, and not spend as much. | Last edited on Tuesday, April 11th, 2006 at 11:24 pm PST |

haha well i had a huge review written for this but i clicked another link and my writting dissapeard and it will take me forever to write it again so im gonna make this short and sweet. this field is awsome. the people are awsome. the refs..the coolest and best ive ever had the privelage to play with. a variety of diffent syles of playing, and always willing to hear and try new ones. the price is astounding! they dont double the prices of paint like northwest does. the woodsball fields are better than northwest's single crappy field. however i do give northwest credit for there awsome huge speedball course that thing is cool but i would never pay 70 bucks for a case of paint and about 30 just for feild and air. there first priority is safety. but they wont be mean about it or calling you a "freakin idiot" if u do something wrong or dont know how to do something. they will simply help you and make sure you have a fantastic day. the people who go are friendly and incredibly helpful. i recal a day when a fellow player to the entire day out of paintballing to help fix my friends gun. the three awsome feilds provide an incredible variety of game play.the players have a very very well rounded skill level from very skilled to...well not at all, resulting in everyone having a sizable opponent. http://www.paradisepaintball.com/ for prices directions and what they offer.POINT: if u want a great inexspensive safe just all out awsome day of paintballing go to paradise! paintball. they will make sure u have a great day of fun. i give this feild a 9 because its awsome the only thing that would be better, a cooler variety of bunkers but the ones they have are just as good as anything| Last edited on Sunday, December 18th, 2005 at 8:00 pm PST |

Paradise Paintball Park provides everything the sport of paintball has. Sportsmanship, good times, fun, and competitiveness. The Referees there are knowledgable on numerous types and styles of play. From Basic Woodsball rules, to NPPL, PSP, and the New Woodsball style of play called SPPL. Not to mention the referees there are also mechanicly inclined to help fix problems with guns that are not operating correctly.
There are 2 Chrono stations. Referees observe ALL chronos before the player plays. No tools are allowed on the field to allow anyone to change their chrono settings. All adjustments made to a marker result in the marker getting rechrono'd ... If there is a problem with a gun not working properly because of a mechanical failure ... no worries.. the staff will usually provide you with a loaner to use for the remainder of your stay at no charge.
They have HPA fills to 4500 psi and Co2 fills. Co2 is not allowed for use on the field (except for markers that use 12gram Co2 cartridges). This is not an issue either just give a small deposit ($5 i think) and your Co2 bottle and you will be given a loaner for your duration of play. Your money and Co2 bottle will be returned to you when you return your loaner bottle. The Park also has full gear rentals including masks, guns, tanks, and barrel bags. The Rental markers while not high end are extremely reliable and easy to use.
I am not very big on speedball myself, I am an avid woodsball player. This park has everything the woodsballer needs. Granted the bunkers that the park has are not elaborate or grandiose but they work very well and provide ample cover and concealment. The park has 4 areas for woodsball... The Upper field which is larger and more spread out. The Lower Field Which is fast paced and close quarters. The "Virgin Woods" which is situated on a hillside of heavy woods with a fort at the bottom.. This is the "Attack and Defend" players dream. And the "Untouched Woods". This section is unbridled and just flat out Nature at its best... this is where you can show you true skills as a woodsballer.
The prices here are very reasonable. The paint is good and reasonably priced. If you dont like the paint they offer... bring your own paint. its perfectly okay to do so.
Safety is paramount. The last I was there there were a few people that decided that because Paradise Paintball is located in a public park .. that they could play for free and decided to try to walk onto the field without any safetly equipment... They found out quickly that it was not going to happen.... and were Promptly and Politely told to leave.
If you are looking for a place to try out paintball and have a really good time and not break your wallet then you will enjoy your visit.
I give Paradise Paintball an 8 because of the limitations that the Port Orchard City Park Board has placed on thier agreements being there limits them from turning the park into something that is truely unique and that could live to its fullest potential. Hopefully someday the park board will realize the opportunity they have with them there. |
