Its quiet hard to find if you haven't been there before. The best way to explain it to a friend or someone (who should take you) would be to go to major ratcheotin, and follow the main road coming from the airport highway all the way down until you run into military bases. Hopefully who you are with will know which one and the right entrance. Good luck!
Review:
This is by far my favorite field in Thailand, the staff are friendly (especially P'Ae the owner/avid player) the field set up is different every week and their bunkers are head and shoulders above some of the other fields here.
This place is more for experienced players as there tends to be a lot on Sundays. Last weekend we had about 5 full teams there and 5 or 6 other people who turned up wanting to play. We are rarely interrupted by walk ons and P'Ae keeps the play fair and fun. You will most likely see him on the field all day filling in spots where players are missing (he is a total machine made respect for him haha), and I rarely see him off the field if play is going on.
There is a good pro shop there and facilities for food drinks, it is really chipped and layed out nicely. The refs are very good and the competition is excellent. Most definitely recommended for players seeking some fun while in the Kingdom. More information about our scene can be found by searching pbthailand and seeking out the weekend warriors forum.
Combat Zone 62 - Better for new players.
Tabchang Paintball - The newest field in Bangkok.
Directions to the Field:
This field is located in Lab 11 Army Base, Pahonyouthin Road.
Review:
Paintball Bangkok AKA Lab 11 Paintball field is the best place you will find lots of experienced players. This field is definitely good for practicing as a team. However, walk-on players are also welcome. They provide good refs here. They are easy to talk to (if you can speak Thai, otherwise your best bet is Ae who is the owner of the field). You can ask for your own party group at no adding cost.
Positive - The best refs you ask for. They were even refs in International Tournament such as Pals (Asian Tournament). There are nice restrooms or even bathrooms to take a bath, change your outfit or whatever you like to do. The staff will introduce you everything start from the rules to any things you might want to ask. You do not have to worry about bringing your gear if you do not have one. They will give you everything from clothes to a gun. Just bring yourself there with a pair of sports shoes and you are ready to rock. They have even a pool table that you can enjoy while you are waiting your friends plus they have a kitchen that will serve you good foods.
Negative - Not like other fields, this field is settle in the Thai army base. So when you want to get in when you arrive Lab 11, you have to present your ID. due to security concerns because normally they will not allow people getting in that restricted area. This field has one speed ball field and one woodsball field. Their speed field will be set up for a home team like Infernal so it's more like a tournament layout. If you are a new player, you have to run a lot like crazy because it's not a lot of bunkers to hide and of cause you have to play with those crowdy experienced players that carry all the fastest guns.
This field is one of the best paintball field in Thailand so far. The owner (Ae) is a nice guy. He will give you any thing you ask for. Even though this field is kind of hard to get in, but many experienced players are still going there every weekend. In the case you want to go but still confused reading the map or looking for someone to go with, check this one pbthailand.com (they are speak English).
