Review: I Would First like to say that the retard who gave this place a 2 out of 10 is messed up. Fat City is amazing They have diffrent courses including superball, pipes course, (my favorite) tower, and their main course which is and open field with a slight incline with many awsome wood bunkers and dirt mounds. Paint is relativly inexpensive 12$ for a bag (500x) and i cant remember exactly for c02 but its not bad. Like someone has stated previously on another forum below they cant be beat when it comes to quality and service. Many people come to play there amatuer and some pro. age ranges greatly. and i noticed on a previolsy stated forum they stated the bunkers were not clean and the fields were run down. This may be partly true the grass does get pretty long But this helps greatly when trying to move stealthily. The Courses themselves are in fairly good condition for the capacity the take in every day. And on a final note they were forced to close temperarily as a result of a Mc Donalds Being built across the street, and the possible threat of endangering the workers. Well as a result Fat City has taken this iopportunity to renovate the field. It will include many new bunkers and will add a whole new felling to those who have previously played. Fat City is amazing no doubt about it.

Review: This field is mostly for rec players who dont travel around to play paintball.

The hyperball course good exept for the fact the most of the dirt around the bunkers is worn away, exposing rocks. my friend got messed up on one. the snake hurts cause its hard to crawl and slide.

They have a airball field that is never up when it go. some idiot that thinks he is cool keeps slashin them.

the tower field is great. there is a big 2 story tower (the refs dont let you go upstairs for saftey reasons) and the scenerio is attack the tower, duh. the tower itself is so covered with paint you slip around inside. the attackers start about 75 yards back at the bottom of a slight grade and have 5ish foot tall by 10ish feet wide concrete slabs for cover. if you get cool refs they will let the defenders fan out on top of the hill.

the big upper field is probably the most played. it is mastly a spindle field with other random structures.

the prices of paint are $12 per bag of draxxus rainbow and up. the pro shop pretty much has nothing but air and paint. but their autual shop is in peachtree city and that has more stuff.

it probably doesnt equal up to the more expensive, popular, fields, but it is fun.

Wildfire in Conyers
Review: Well after moving here and having time to scope out the local fields within driving distance from Mcdonough, I was rather let down.

I heard from other players that this was the place to go and play. I just moved from Florida. Played in South Florida, Miami, Orlando, Sebring. I have played in South Carolina as well. When I first got there I noticed that they do have more fields than Wildfire in Conyers, and they are more level as well. The shop is ok, not the greatest. Maybe a little spring cleaning and some organizing and they would be heading in the right direction.

The fields were not what I expected. I played only on one field and 3 games. I was not really happey with the way the fields looked. The people that work there are nice, but it is not a place that I would travel back and forth to and a regular base.

Oh yea, I do not remember the exact day that it was, but the pbreview ask for a date visited. I did not write it down in my planning guide as to when I went, so do not get all bent out of shape. I know it was a saturday.

Review: haven't played there in a while because my teams experience there declined over the years. the biggest thing that i have observed there is there "pro" team sitting on the side line until after the walk on game begins and then a minute into the game the guys on the side line wonder onto the field and the refs say nothing because they are Buddy's and play on the same team together. as for the proshop the guys in there are great, selection not great but they moved to the peach tree store so you need to be prepared. fields are ok could use Little work but makes for a fun day

Review: NICE facility and great staff, the refs were cool.

The raised oberservation deck would be a BIG plus if I was a non playing parent. from it you can have a chance to see you kids play on one of the fields. On the same note the actual indoor plumbing restrooms are a big plus, may fields I've been to ( not in GA ) are porta potty only.

I needed an oring and was given one, no charge. It's not the money saved but shows that they are not out to dig you for every cent.

The paint was ok and the price good, I've paid more for worse paint. Thats for sure.

I was visinting the area and if I move to GA I will be there often.

Review: I went to this field while visiting my mothers house for my sisters birthday. anywho we went to the field after hearing good things and reading good reviews on this site and i was greatly disapointed. first thing i saw when we drove up were there nets that appeared were never let down because apparently the wind has destroyed most of them. the grass looked as if it hadn't been mowed in about 3 years and all the bunkers were filthy(try sliding in without being called out from bunker paint) after reading that it was BYOP and went into the pro shop (looked like a hobo's house) to ask because they had apparently stopped doing the BYOP and wanted 54.00 for a case of diablo heat. they had a very slim selection of anything (like 4 barrels and some mask visors were all that i saw) and the guy working the shop was being very rude. i would defintly disadvise anyone from visiting this field they are very pricey and have a very shabby field and pro shop anyone that has givin this field a decent review (4+) i think has never been to a nice tournament level field and dosn't have the capability to voice a knowledgable opinion i give this field a 2 out of 10 just because they have been able to stay in buisness they way they are.

Review: Fat City is a great field to play with. They now have an X-ball field and accomodate to everyone's needs. The owner is a great guy, and the staff is really friendly and willing to help. One of the guys that work there let me borrow his gun!
From first time players, to the top tournament players, everyone will be happy playing there.
Look for their tournaments and x-ball exhibitions!

Go to Fat City and pay for good paint at cheap prices and a great day of competitiveness full of fun.

I've been to Wildfire Paintball up at Stone Mountain(and their scenario game corse in Madison). It was very good, but i think i like Fat City better.
Review: I went to Fat City before i really started PLAYING paintball by renting one of their guns, which are Piranah guns and work very well for rentals. The first thing i noticed was the guys at the shop knew what they were talking about and were very kind to everyone in the shop. They were ready help you if you were having trouble with guns or get sell you something. They helped new comers get aquatinted with the game and explain the rules and consequences. Right when you got on the field the rules are in effect and the refs do a good job on keepin the rules on the field. They have 3 different kinds of fields. One is a great sup air field that is great for smaller teams and tourny players/practice. Another was a hyperball corse and is great for getting into the game. The other field is known by my friends as the junkyard because it is made up of a bunch of different items thrown into bunkers. It is really good for the new kids trying out the paintball thing because it is a big field and has a surrender rule so its no paintballs killin you from three feet away. i give Fat City 9 1/2 out of 10 because they sometime have team players mixed in with the new kids and it get really lop sided because alot of skill is piled on one team. You dont even really hafta worry about that though because its done by choosing captains and the refs always help keep the game fair. But other than that, this place is perfect.
