Recently played at this field for the first time and was pleasantly surprised for a new course. The staff and refs were very helpful to all and stressed safety rules without being forceful or obnoxious. The field is in excellent shape and something I had never seen at indoor courses, the refs take a squeegie out between games and clean paint off the bunkers. This keeps the field cleaner in the long run. The course is faIrly good sized and we were playing 4 on 4 to 10 on 10, which didn't seem crowded.. There were 30 odd people that day, three separate groups, and the wait wasn't very long to play. I have seen waits of 40 minutes or so at other courses. At Crossfire you have time to gas up, fill hoppers and pods, take a quick rest, and then on to the field. The prices for the field and the paint are competitive. The owner is opening up a few outdoor courses this summer which will make Crossfire even more attractive to more experienced players who only like to play outdoors. Although I didn't eat anything, everyone raved about the pizza, there is also a cooler of drinks, energy drinks, soda, and water to stay hydrated. The proshop has plenty off paintball supplies to buy. There seemed to be a good crosssection of skill and ability playing, and the refs did a good job of blending all. The players that day were all good sports which made for a good day. This course also has nightime hours to accomodate those of us who work during the day and prices are reduced when one brings in a group of 10 or more. I had a very good day and will definately play at Crossfire again. I am a 52 year old engineer with 1.5 years of experience. |

I have to admit i was a bit sketchy about going here a few days ago because heard it only had one field and that the field was small. However, once i walked inside and played a few games i realized Crossfire was one of the best fields ive ever been to. The reffs are fair, helpful, and are fun to be around. The field itself is somewhat small, but its not really a problem since you get to play almost as often as you want. The turf is amazing for sliding and the field is in great shape. The prices are unbeatable compared to most other fields in the area, and the pro shop has all the supplies you'll need to make your day of paintball complete. All in all its an amazing place to play paintball or even to just hangout. |

This place is awesome. We had a great time. I've played X-ball and speed-Ball at the other fields, they can't compare to this place. The refs are really fair and very helpful with tuning and chrono. The field is brand new and in excellent shape. Bunkers are in greats positions for a good, honest, fair game. If you're looking for a place to play in the winter then you NEED to go to Crossfire Paintball in Bow, NH. You WILL NOT be disappointed. The owners are talking about setting up an outdoor X-Ball area and a possible woodsball area in the spring. If that happens then there will be no need to play anywhere else in my opinion. |

I only just started playing paintball so I cant really compare the field to others for you. I had a awsome time playing at this field tho. everyone was friendly and helpfull since im such a newb. the prices are extremely fair considering the other fields in the area charge the same amount with no overhead cost, ie, building, heat, lights. the two guys that run the place are super willing to help.
the reffs seemed fair and pretty good at evening out teams.
i will be going back again and again |
