The marshals were very unprofessional in there attitude towards safety, barrel plugs were not asked to be inserted back onto the guns.
When our guys were playing, themarshals were not around to make sure Goggles were kept on. The marshal did not even have a whistle to let the guys know the game had started.
There were a lot of newbie’s playing who do not understand the importance of these safety precautions.
Also one of your the marshals blatantly tried to rob us of paintballs; He took a packet of paintballs from our table in full view of 10 people, and then lied about it. The staff also tried overcharging us with prices for paintballs that are on the website.
Then because the guns were not maintained, guns not working, paint falling out from the barrels, hoppers that did not close properly, all the games were delayed. Then the marshal tried to get rid of us cause he said it’s getting late. Prob past his nap time.
We would never play there again,

The location of this field is nice and central too all persons living in the fourways / randburg area.
There are TWO fields and they are pretty good no complaints on the field setup or size. Cost at this field is also reasonable and compares well to other paintball fields.
There is however one downside to this venue.
Unlike other venues this venue wants you to pay full price even if you have your own marker and equipment. At other venues a playing fee & corkage fee is required and we all happy with this. At River Raiders this is not an option.
Due too this very fact i have moved social paintball games of colleagues and friends to BATTLEZONE where those persons with own equipment can play at small fee & Corkae fee for own paint
