Review: I'll make this review relatively short, but I'll detail some of the things I find appealing to me with respect to a paintball field.

This field is NEW - ergo, don't expect 20 different playing areas... More are coming as they grow and evolve to accommodate the players needs. At present they have three nicely sized fields, and for really big, stupid crazy games, they can play all three at the same time - Yikes!

This field was formerly a radio broadcast antenna site, which means graded property, drainage, brick and mortar building and very easy road access. Perfect in this day and age of $1.30/liter fuel prices.

The staff are fantastic, and have gone out of their way to make it a safe fun playing environment. They even go to the extent of chronographing the rental markers. Which happen to be A5's, again, very nice.

They are very family friendly - Cleaning bays, and towels. Warm soapy water - Hydration stations... even an emergency eyewash station.. WoW! The Port-A-Johns are very Very VERY clean - and emptied very regularly - no pun intended. And how bout this... I didn't stumble across people getting loaded or high - I'd have no problem bring my wife or child to this field!

Again Very quick review I can say alot more, but it'd be easier if you just made a day for yourself and give the field a try...

Other Fields
in the Area:
Commando - better fields, so far, but staff are potheads
Headshot in Cornwall - small field, but great, friendly, helpful staff
Some random woodsball - nice new unused fields, but nothing else

JT's takes what all these fields do well, and puts it in 1 place, so JT's for TEH WIN!

Review: Safety - safety is taken seriously here, unlike another local field ( Ahem DAVE).

Fields are good. A little small for my liking, still as big as or bigger than the other local fields - and only going to be getting more of them. Also we were able to play a 'whole' field game a couple times, worked really well. I really appreciated the flexibility of the staff, we asked for some things, and they were more than happy to try stuff out. Made the day a lot more fun.

Hours - reliable. If the hours are posted, people are present.

Prices - comparable to everywhere else. Membership is a really smart choice, you save Bags of money that way - membership price is reasonable too.

Rules - standard, but there are refs who aren't speedball dimwits, or stoned. Ask about the rules, and they know the rules and can explain them to you.

Services - Pretty good, CO2 , Air, field maintenance, proshop advice from the resident markerhead Sean.

Proshop - you have JT from JT's paintball shop on site often, he was able to look at my marker and tell me without touching it where a leak was and why. And he's the back up - the markerhead Sean knows paintball inside and out - and then there's Gord and the other staff - if only Sean would stop talking they all seem to know anything you can wan to ask about.

Staff - see above - can't say enough good things about them.

Refs - The best kind - usually hard to find til you want one and they are close by. Watched one ref just hunker down and have an entire paintfight whiz around him - he didn't get hit, and he didn't go running around like a wild ass.

Players - seems like a lot of Commando refugees - " I tried Commando - liked the field, couldn't believe the staff .. they just didn't seem.... * insert unhappy face here*. That was an honest direct quote from a player and his son who I met a couple weeks ago at JT's. So a lot of happy players with a lot of smiles.

Facilities - as someone else said - PERMANENT facilities.

Food - standard 'ball field fare - 'za and pop - water and energy drinks too. Nothing bad there at all.

Can't say enough good things about this field and the staff who make a good field great. Everyone I spoke to, who works at the field want you to have a good day. They want you to ask them questions, they want to talk to you, about you and your day.

This field IS the standard for the Ottawa area. Everyone else is going to have to come along ways to match up even.

Review: I want to start by saying this field is crazy close to town and with gas the way it is that should be a deciding factor ; )
Pulling in off the road you can tell right away that these guys have got there split together. The first thing you see is a brick building, you heard me bricks! Once you get your eyes back in your head you notice the prestine parking lot that is fully netted, hasn't seen 9 million cars, and no winters as a parking lot yet! Avery profesional field and a really good face for local paintball.
Buyin' paint and fillin' up tanks is a snap with the super friendly, super professional, super paint smart, super staff! These guys are willing to help you out I MEAN IT (way to go dudes)! Prices are pretty much on par with the other local fields, but they have a sweet membership deal you should totally take advantage of. I bought mine after i walked the fields, hadn't even played yet i was sold on sight! Plus they're packin' quality paint.

The fields themselves are astounding. They really took they're time and put tought into layout and it shows. The fields closest to the staging area is the "Jungle". The Jungle is large field made up of... a jungle. Ofcourse the brush is thick on this field and a trail system snakes it's way through Midway style tall grass and thick jungle with pallet bunkers. Upon first glance the pallet bunkers look like everyother but they actually stop paint! You quickly realize why as soon as your in one. Huge in comparison to similar fields.

The next spot in is the hill top tower I CANNOT SAY ENOUGH ABOUT THIS FIELD! It's really got the look, pure scenario greatness! Actual SANDBAG BUNKERS big enough to land your Huey in!!!! Just off center a large tower dominates the landscape. Though you can see the other tape good luck long balling this one of the break. All you back bunker burners are gunna have to work for some kills here. This field rocks! Nothing but big, versitile bunkers and shooting lanes every damn where!!! You can run the tape, push up, drop back, cross it, this field is big and the photos do not do it justice. A MUST SEE!!!

Last and definetly not least is the Forest. Flatout the coolest boundary layout ever! It's like a big "L" with a very gnarley choke point. Get there early, walk the field and figure out that choke point it's awsome if you can play it right. This field is under the trees and has good cover from the sun. Moves in here have to be thought out 'cous it'll go bad quick. Great mix of artificial and man made cover in the Forest. Lots of cool moves to make. Again coolest shape for a field ever.

So I give JT's Frontline 10 out of 10 in all catagories!
-water
-awsome fields
-lunch
-Compressed air
-wicked refs
-good games
-porta poopies
-good paint
THE PICTURES ON FACEBOOK DO NOT DO THIS FIELD JUSTICE! IF YOU LIVE IN THE AREA GO AND CHECK THIS PLACE OUT YOU'LL BE BLOWN AWAY!

Review: This field is everything that the scenario and or speedsball player could ask for. The fields that are currently there can easily surpass the grand majority of the others in the greater Ottawa region. Not to mention the xball field that is soon to be added. Overall the prices are very fair and unlike other places, the paint shoots great and is not absolute crap. The staff is very laid back and are there to have a good time as well however there is an emphasis on safety that ensures there are no accidents. The players that come to play are also great guys and therefore makes for a good day of balling it up. Overall a great field, environment and definitely a new home for Ottawa paintballers that will make them wonder why the they didnt come sooner.

Review: so this field is awesome, the refs are relaxed and don't get super pissed if you do something wrong, everyone is layed back, the fields are AMAZING and they haven't finish building yet. the prices are pretty good, and even better for members ( 80$ a case for members), and there's a 10$ walk on fee, which pretty much every field has, they sell 2 types of paint grenades, and the refs have smoke grenades to make games more interesting. they have a pretty sweet set up for when you're taking a break, they have benches and tables for your gun, 2 washrooms, water, and they sell pop and gatorade, and for lunch they order pizza from a local pizza place (it's 5$ for 3 big slices and a pop). so far there are 3 huge fields, and they have big plans for a couple more, i think there will be a total of 7 (they have 60 acres to work with...)

Review: The field is amazing. All the staff did a great job of setting up some awesome fields and you can tell when playing on them. Prices are fair, you get lunch for a good price and all the staff is really friendly. Great atmosphere when playing and safety is enforced well. Made it my home a while ago, you should all do the same. It is a new field but they are working round the clock to get some speedball up so you'll have everything at your disposal. This field is your go-to for paintball in the Ottawa region.
