I have played at two other paintball fields in my area and they both do not ccompare to this one. one of the places has now shut down and the other the marshalls dont know how to fill up an air tank ???
Review:
Safety - is the number one priority at cosford they wouldn’t care if you were naked as long as u had your goggles on there be happy, also there field has a test range where goggles have to be on and checked before you go onto the field.
Fields - have vastly improved in the last couple of years with more interesting cover added like helicopters and bases built from scratch
Hours of operation - are normal with 8:30 meet to play for 9:00 to 4:00 (if playing for the full day) Half day finish for about 1:00
Prices - are varied with 4 different packages to select starting from £19.95 for a half day (includes 200 balls) and £50 for a full day includes 1000 balls and food
Rules - are different to anywhere else i have been everywhere from the neck down counts as an elimination but head shots don’t count they do this to try and keep away from headshots
Services - they can prove you with rental guns with are usually smart parts or better tippmans free tea and coffee and a wide range of drinks and snacks are available
Proshop - the shop is small as they mainly only deal with smart parts ad tippman but i have a epiphany so i cant complain other markers and gear can be ordered in tho
Staff - staff are very talkative and very eager to help the younger/less experienced they will help you with any problems you have with your gear/marker
Refs - are very good only had one problem with one ref grabbing my barrel because i eliminated a player (shot him 3 time on the chest and the guy carryed on playing and wouldent leave) so i shouted saying pi** off or ill shoot you again and they ref said i was out of order ??? i said if he dont leave its naturally to shoot him again so i will
Players - the player i have played with there seem like a sound bunch of lads very helpful and friendly
Food - is ok nothing special think it was mash potato and hotdog the last time i went but pot noodles and other snacks can be ordered
