Not too many in central texas compared to the coasts, but it holds it's own, and I prefer it for the area.
Directions to the Field:
Google map it, it's easy to find once you know where Roans Chapel road is. Once you're on that road too, just drive past the turns and straight onto the property.
Review:
Nice field. Not the best in the world, but there aren't enough players around to let them expand to their maximum, and it is a really good field. Either way, plenty of courses, and given an older group, you can play any mode or game type you want, with any teams and minimal rules (though obviously refs are going to call you on a safety issue or a percieved ball break, and do regularly).
No proshop however, so bring your own equipment I'd say (hard to find around this part of the state), but they do have air and co2, so gas is good, but no sale equipment.
The staff is helpful and great at their knowledge of the 98's and A-5's they have for rent (very well maintained, might I add), and prices are great on everything. The paint prices are not too big a deal at all because it's all Draxxus, which is my favorite paint brand anyway. The better the paint, of course the higher the price ($72 or so for a case of dxs gold... but $30 for white box if you have an angel, $40 for DXS Basic), but it's worth it.
Lastly, location. Not far from town at all (in an hour you can get gas, have a lunch date, rest up, and run an errand and be back here), but not close enough to leave too long. Easy to find your way around inside as well.
Field choice is awesome too, speedball, a strictly wooden-spool field, woods, hills, man-made field, and a new one being built (urban).
Concluding, it's a pretty nice field you would be hard pressed to get bored of. Granted, their knowledge of electronic markers and equipment is limited, but they do what they can to run a good field, and are a VERY good staff (reffing, briefing on the rules, family friendly, will open the field on any day of the week with a group, chrono-fair, etc). Come play, you definately should check it out if you happen to be around!

I was visting family for the holiday season and we decided to go have a family outing at Zoomz. The entire experience was exactly what I expected. The team was very professional and helpful. I was pleasently suprised at all of the field options. They have something for every type of player. I give them an A+ rating.
All the way until rhoans chapel road ends... the deadend.... way back in the back
Review:
safety- they really don't care and they judge based on the group... ie more safe with young kids and less strict on rules with big kids
fields- ummm.... not very good... they just opened and their fields aren't organized nicely... the fields are all woodsball except for one airball course... very little manmade cover a lot of brush... brush made you run through paint... alot of people found the courses fun but I like the whole call of duty style paintball field so... they have a spools course too... its pretty insane cuz there arent alot of them.
prices- for what your paying, you get really good rental equipment.. but very pricey... brand new 98's and A5's... masks are new too... paint prices suck... 58 dollars buys you a 35 dollar case of dxs basic training paintball; not cool cuz you have to buy their paint.... no military discount... group discount gets you 10 dollars off all packages but prices should be 10 dollars off to begin with...

players- lotta woods ball/ scenario guys
facilities- awesome staging area... no running water, porter potties

overall- they need some work, they have big ideas, but they still have a few kinks.. needs to allow outside paint... military discount... clear more brush... build more structures!... They have a great nice, friendly staff... have awesome group packages and deals...
