One reason I like this field is because its about 8 minutes from I-75 and its pretty cheap. The field fee is four dollars and the co2 and hydrogen fillup is 1 a bottle or all day air for ten dollars. Its field paint only and there paint prices are from 9 dollars a bag for 500 paintballs to 15 dollars a bag of 500 There hours are saturdays only from 9 to whenever. And if your a beginner or just want to play you should come out there are two speedball fields one is airball and a sixty acre woods ball feld |

A-1 has a good woods field that is the main field,,the other field is really good too.We call it Resaca,,it's got alot of natural cover and man made bunkers,,really nice for a big war.Sam Allen is the owner and does a good job with the place.Staff is knowledgible and his paint prices are very competitive.He carries different name brands of paint and it's 16.00 for 500 or 60 for a case.field fee is 4.00 dollars .He has rental equipment but I have never rented so I can't quote and accurate price.The speedball field is ok but it needs some work,,we are trying to encourage more people to play speedball out there but most of the ones that come out to play are woodsball players and like I said the woods ball fields are as good as I have played on.I haven't played at arkenstone or others like that yet.A-1is home for team southerncomfort a scenerio team and are a great group of guys.Refs are knowledgible and we play a variety of games.Staff usually lets the players pick what they would like to play,,but they swap it around to make it interesting.Teams are chosen up fairly evenly and if the games seem to be onesided then teams are rechosen to make the sides more even. If the times haven't changed open saturdays 11.30 to 6.00 I think,, sunday 1:00 to 5:00. |
