Thers not alot to say its a very fun field to play at, have played there all last year. Theres always a good number of players ther at a mix of expierced and new players.
The fied is upkept well and the varing fields insure you dont get board. Personally i find the fort games to be some of the best games but i enjoy a good game on the big field called africa witch is a very good scenario field
As far as prices go i usually order a dominos pizza for like 8 dollars not bad, it cost 10 for entery with an option to bring your own paint. personally i always buy there paint and it always shoots great. aircards are 20 dollars but will typically last me 3 days of play so thats not bad at all.
The hours ther open are on sundays from 11am- 5pm for open play, they also take private groups for other days of the week
overall the field is gread i thought u-doo was fun but i was forced to try bull creek after that closed and i wouldnt go back, am itching for them to open back up and get out there and play some great games this summer, i would encourage any players thinking about going out there somtime and see for yourself. |

This was my first time ever going to Bull Creek. I am a speedball player; I play PSP and NPPL events. So I kind of wanted to play speedball at bull creek. But after arriving I saw that there was no air ball I was kind of disappointed. But there is nothing wrong with a good woods ball game.
Everyone there was very nice. We were promptly greeted by staff and players. The refs were just fine. I had no problems with them and no one else did while I was there. Everyone had a great attitude. They were there for the same reasons I was there; to play the great sport of paintball we all love.
The fields were actually a lot of fun. They were in the woods and they had several different fields, so we were not doing the same thing over and over again. The bunkers/wood pallets were well maintained.
I believe the prices are not too expensive. I played with my Dm6 and bought the 20 gas card that gets you like 18000 PSI of fills and I think I filled my air twice. That’s the great thing about woods ball is there is no need to spray paint, so if you run out of your 18000 PSI fills in one day then man you are just shooting to much and wasting paint and air. I as a speedball player when I go to the woods I like to practice my accuracy and not just spray the paint. I believe that it makes me that much better of a player. The $10 entry fee is very reasonable and the $10 lets you bring your own paint.
Safety was a top priority, the refs and staff made sure that every one was safe. So Moms it’s ok to have you kids play here.
I drove about an hour to get to this field and I will be going back this summer a few more times. It really good sometimes to play a more relax game of paintball. It’s a fun place to ball. Hey they must be doing things right because they have over 40 people there ever week. I give the field a 9/10.

Bull creek is a great place for new and experienced players. The field offers Nitrogen and CO2 fills, aswell as Gun rentals, and some food. They also offer Pizza from dominos. The woods is a good course when its not flooded. The air field which is rairly set up is small, but is ok to play on. Paint is fairly priced. usually empire, or diablo paint. The Nitrogen is a bit expensive unless you purchase an air card, which is comparable to an all day air pass. all in all, good place to play if your just looking for a day of woodsball |

A week or two ago, I went to this field as plan C, being U-do closed and Pev's wasn't open but now I won't go anywhere else. Prices are cheap, $5 for admission and another five bucks to bring your own paint. Owner is really nice, rents pods sometimes for free and always helps a new player. Refs are strict, which is good for safety and many game types are played from forts to capture the flag to respawn. Other players were also helpful, not pushing me aside for being a newbie and a bit young. Paint and air fills are cheap compared to other places nearby. Big field separated by small streams, hence the name "Bull Creek". Recommended for new players and even more experienced players if they're looking for a relaxed game and friendly people. |

Well...it's a fun field. I've read many reviews slamming the refs, but they've either got new refs or I was there on a good day because the refs were awesome. Very fair, explained the games and fields relativley in-depth, had to ask a couple questions but I'm oblivious half the time ;)
Forts is a fun field with two big forts, towers, bunkers, and brush piles.
Africa is a massive field with a lot of trees and brush with a creek in the middle.
Grinder is directly beside forts, and is a very small, speedball-esque field.

Well me and my friends went here a while ago and it was a blast. They do a lot of different games there. The refs were great. George in the proshop helped alot of people fix there guns that broke down. It is a good place for all people and skills to go and play. I give it a 10 out of ten. | Last edited on Saturday, June 24th, 2006 at 12:45 pm PST |

well my FCA (Fellowship of Christian Athletes) went to this place and we were all allowed to bring our own guns. lets start off by when i arrived there
we arrived at the staging area (duh) and it was nice. there were like 20 picnic tables to plop your gear on and relax on. the pro shop sold gloves and stuff like grenades and bags of 500 paintballs or a box of 2000. the first thing i had to do was fill up my tank because i was low from last time i played. they filled my 20 oz c02 for 2.50 which i thought was pretty reasonable because where i normally fill up (dunhams) charges 5.00 to fill. i bought 2 bags of 500 paintballs at 12.50 a bag. i thought at first that was very expensive but i used the paint and i was incredibly impressed with it. i pegged people easily during the first game because the paint was shooting very straight. the only thing i had pickle about there was there was only 1 portapotty, which i used frequently, as i was buying all of their diet coke.
we only played 2 fields, africa and forts.
africa was a very fun field, where each team had to make a 100-ish yard dash to a flag dangling over the creek on a pully, where the players had to pull the flag to them on the pully, then take it to the enemy flag station. it was a very fun level and i found alot of little places to hide there. my friend and i plus about 4 noobies and 1 very expierianced guy went to a sniper nest we found. i picked off about 4 guys up there, which was a lot seeing as how it was 20 man teams.
forts was a large level with 2 big forts, comple with sliding windows to shoot out of, sniper towers, and oil drums, which rang out loudly but beautifully when someone shot them. the object of the games played there was to run inside the other teams forts and drop the flag hanging on the fort wall. there were many little bunkers and barricades all over the place, plus a couple of big brushpiles.
the refs i thought were very knowlegdible and knew what they were doing. they were all also very kind and socialized with the players. and example of this, when i went up to buy my...7th? diet coke, the ref running the pro shop said "wow, im not the only one drinking diet anymore...kid, youre gonna make me run out!"
anyway, the field was incredibly pleasant and entertaining, i was very impressed and had a good time. the games did go incredibly fast, only about 5 minutes between each game. i give the field a 10/10.| Last edited on Friday, December 9th, 2005 at 5:45 pm PST |

This was the first time a lot of us have been to Bull Creek Paintball and the first time most of us ever played paintball. We held a paintball outing at Bull Creek for our church. There was about thirty of us that attended the event and we all really enjoyed ourselves. I have played paintball before with a small group of friends at a friend's house but it was much more exciting playing at a big paintball park. We really liked the fort games but everything we played was fun! The staff at the park was very nice and helped us out whenever we needed it. They even took care of arranging a pizza lunch for us. We will definitely hold an outing with Bull Creek again next year. Thanks, Bull Creek. |

Bull Creek is good for anybody 10 and up. The refs are cool and run games farely fast, only a couple times they were not supper fast. When I started I was a "noobie" I rented my gun, tippmann is the way to go jez there like 10 years old and still running very good. Finally I got my first gun, a tippmann woohoo :) since then I had like 4 guns a tippmann, physco ballistics, mongoose, and finally, my baby my autococker trilogy comp with a tetter trigger frame. My friends and I played in there first 3 man tournament there.(nice spoll speedball field) the last time I went Dean had his airball field there just for one day. That was one of the best paintball day I ever had. (Dean, bring it again!!) Bills is going to have a 5-man airball field there some day.Overall bull creek is the best woodball/speedball course i've ever been to. My favorite games are speedball, center bridge, and grinder. They have very nice refs there, Josh runs games fast and is cool to talk to. When Dean refs he gets lots of games in. Nick at the airfill station is nice, good at fixing things and I know that from experence:). Aaron is cool and has a pump and is awesome, he helps newer people. Whell I gess the paintball season is just about over so see ya next season Bull Creek Staff!

68- nice field, cheap
Cannon- Awesome field, good prices, byop
Battlezone- More expensive, peagravel air field, but still good
Splatterpark- Way way overpriced, horrible refs/stafff, shady business practices
Hells Survivors- Amazing field, lots of different games types, by far the best field I've been to
Other fields in the ohio/PA area, some in Illinois, and North Carolina |

The field is fair priced for entry. $10 for field fee and byop. They get you in the end with high paint and air prices. Air is ridiculous at $2 per 1000 psi with fills only going to 3000psi. Either bring a scuba tank, or shoot a pump marker, those are your only options to avoid being robbed at those prices. Most fields offer a $6-10 all day air option. Not at Bull Creek. As far as the fields go, they are designed for you to shoot as much paint/air as possible without having any clear shooting lanes. Africa, one of their "best" fields is horrible, possibly the worst woods field i have ever played on. The field is not kept, there are briers and brush everywhere. My group was covered in insane amounts of burrs. All other fields had either no cover, or no shooting lanes. No happy medium. As far as the staff goes, the people working in the sales hut were very unknowledgeable about any equipment other than tippmans and co2. 50% of the open play refs were decent. The other one was possibly the worst ref I have ever come in contact with in the 8 years I have been playing paintball. He talked down to every player in the group, made horrible calls, and purposely would seek out anyone who knew what they were doing to watch their play, whereas the other players who were being shot at were not being checked for hits. He allowed a large amount of wiping to occur. The somewhat older referee (who I have been referring to) delayed games with HUGE amounts of unnecessary comments. He took alot of time to explain rules for games due to these unnecessary comments. If you unfortunately choose to attend this field and encounter this ref, feel free lay a few ropes his way. This was the only ref there that was unsatisfactory. As far as game types go, if you have any fleeting interest in speed ball, avoid this field. It is entirely woods ball based. This would be an ok field if they took care of their air pricing, refs, field setup, and game types, but as is, it deserves a 1/10 |
