L & G- Been closed for a few years now, more of a speedball orientented field. Only played there once. (Findlay)
I've also played ALOT of outlaw ball at my house and other friend's houses.
Directions to the Field:
Map Quest directions have a slight error which will have you going the other direction. Other than that, not too hard to get to from the Findlay area, just hop of I-75 and make a few turns.
I normally played outlaw around here, but as time went on less and less people started coming so I decided to go to Bull Creek. I had played this field when I was about 16 or so (before I could drive) and it was a pretty good time.So this summer I decided to check it out again. As of now, I have gone there about 4 times this summer.
Safety is enforced heavily at this field, trust me... you will get chewed out if you're not following google and barrel sock rules. So long as you obey the rules you will have a great day. The field also chronographs your velocity when you arrive, and you are given a safety speech before you can play.
They have open play every Sunday usually from about 11 a.m. to 5 or so. Sometimes this time can vary depending on how many people are there and if there is a small group they will sometimes put together a couple of mini games. Their prices aren't really all that outrageous, about average. It's $10 to get in if you have your own gear, and if you purchase paint or air they waive the $10 entry fee. Hey, it's an expensive game! Majority of their fields are placed in their woods, and one field is placed in a grassy plain with a creek running through the center. It's called "Africa", and is definately a change of pace from the woods. Their woods although some of it isn't really naturally protective, they have some nice forts and other structures built up.
The staff and refs are pretty good to you as long as you follow the safety guidelines, they do a good job of making sure everyone knows what's going on for games. Usually on Sundays I see AT LEAST 20 people there, so that's 10 on 10. Not bad, eh? Dominoes Pizza is also ordered at like 12:30 or so, so long as enough people want to order, it's $8 for a large pizza. Anywho... this is a great field and I plan on going whenever I get the chance. I give this field an 8 because nothing is perfect, but it is a great field.

I went to Bull Creek Paintball today. I was hoping for something have decent, not just a woods. Wow was i surprised at the end of the day! Bull Creek Paintball has Dominos Pizza, Gatorade, and pop. Food is priced very reasonably. I got hit in the knuckle so i bought a pack of Xtreme Rage gloves. These were only $8!!! This was shocking!!! If you want to fill a 20 oz co2 tank, its $3. Or if you want to buy an "All day air" pass for $10, you can fill up as much as you want for only $10! Thats a great deal!
If you go(i definentally recomend going) make sure you bring a barrel sleeve(not a plug). Safety is HEAVILY enforced there, which is a good thing. This keeps everyone safe and un-injured. If someone shoots you more than 3 times, they are out. This also keeps people safe.
If you think you are to bad to go, just go! Its fun! I am a newbie at paintball and i fit right in! Just bring friends and have a great time!
Don't have a gun? They rent guns and everything you need. They also sell good quality paintballs, at a good price!
For more info go to www.bullcreekpaintball.com
The reason i gave it a nine was because everything has room for improvement.
Bull Creek Paintball is awesome! I use to play here about ten years ago before I moved and always liked coming to Bull Creek Paintball. I recently moved back this year and was very happy to see that Bull Creek Paintball was still here and most of the rest of the toledo area paintball fields are gone. This speaks for itself.
I played in their Big Game Event they had a few weeks ago and had a blast. I also came to their open play last sunday and had a lot of fun then too. The staff is very nice and helpful and the field is very clean and well kept. I was pleased to see that they still have real good prices. I played at other places and this is by far the best deal I have found in Paintball.
This place is ecspecially great for rec players and woodsball players. I'm not much of a speedballer but they have that too. The diffent fields, scenarios, and the forts are cool. The africa course they have is hard but fun. I'm looking forward to there next Big Game they are having later this year. I will be back to Bull Creek. Best of all they know how to work on my Tippmann A5, my favorite paintball gun.
Bull Creek Paintball is by far the best place to paintball. The prices are very cheap. They get pizza. the refs are relly fair, they make sure you are always following the rules. The best part is you get to play many different senareos. You need to come out and play it is the best sunday you will ever have. Opening day for the summer is April 29.
Google has the wrong directions. On the road you finally turn on they tell you to turn the wrong way.
Let me give you a warning- BRING LOTS OF BUGSPRAY!
I went to this field during the summer and am going back this Sunday.
The mosquitoes are terrible.
I left the field with no less than 100 bites. my entire back was covered with bites.
Aside from the bugs the fields are pretty nice.
They have two forts that have good positions in the corner towers and the main tower.
However one of the fields we played on, the grinder, was not fun.
The trees that were supposed to be for cover were no wider than a football, don't get me wrong there was a few thick trees, but for the majority there wasn't much cover for the close quarters.
The staff which consisted off the owner and a ref, the day we were there, were very help full. The ref was fair and helpful, safety was also enforced a lot.
All in all the fields were pretty well maintained and the staff was helpful.
I reccomend this field to all people as long as you bring bugspray.
Turn LEFT onto Greensburg Pike, not right! Mapquest and Google have it wrong there...
My friend and I visited this field and had a really good time! The dude who runs its name is George and he does a great job helping players with what they need. The refs were fair and nice people, and definitely made sure everybody was safe. The course we played was their woodsball field, it was good. They had 2 forts n a crook with a bridge n a cone that we grabbed a flag from for one game, and it was good. Cover was pretty good around the fort and the woods had some pretty big trees to take cover behind. Could use a few more bunkers around the edges though. We didnt play the Speedball field, looks pretty cool. We look forward to that next time. Their paint is like $50 bucks a case and admission is only $5 if you bring your own equipment. Good setup. Prices are fair, people are nice, and they have a cool field. We'll be heading back there many more times this summer!
u-doo, futureball reball, killers indoor, all are fun places to play but bull creek is best for woodsball
Directions to the Field:
If u need direction their website has all the imfo u would need search bull creek paintball.
Thers not alot to say its a very fun field to play at, have played there all last year. Theres always a good number of players ther at a mix of expierced and new players.
The fied is upkept well and the varing fields insure you dont get board. Personally i find the fort games to be some of the best games but i enjoy a good game on the big field called africa witch is a very good scenario field
As far as prices go i usually order a dominos pizza for like 8 dollars not bad, it cost 10 for entery with an option to bring your own paint. personally i always buy there paint and it always shoots great. aircards are 20 dollars but will typically last me 3 days of play so thats not bad at all.
The hours ther open are on sundays from 11am- 5pm for open play, they also take private groups for other days of the week
overall the field is gread i thought u-doo was fun but i was forced to try bull creek after that closed and i wouldnt go back, am itching for them to open back up and get out there and play some great games this summer, i would encourage any players thinking about going out there somtime and see for yourself.
This was my first time ever going to Bull Creek. I am a speedball player; I play PSP and NPPL events. So I kind of wanted to play speedball at bull creek. But after arriving I saw that there was no air ball I was kind of disappointed. But there is nothing wrong with a good woods ball game.
Everyone there was very nice. We were promptly greeted by staff and players. The refs were just fine. I had no problems with them and no one else did while I was there. Everyone had a great attitude. They were there for the same reasons I was there; to play the great sport of paintball we all love.
The fields were actually a lot of fun. They were in the woods and they had several different fields, so we were not doing the same thing over and over again. The bunkers/wood pallets were well maintained.
I believe the prices are not too expensive. I played with my Dm6 and bought the 20 gas card that gets you like 18000 PSI of fills and I think I filled my air twice. Thatís the great thing about woods ball is there is no need to spray paint, so if you run out of your 18000 PSI fills in one day then man you are just shooting to much and wasting paint and air. I as a speedball player when I go to the woods I like to practice my accuracy and not just spray the paint. I believe that it makes me that much better of a player. The $10 entry fee is very reasonable and the $10 lets you bring your own paint.
Safety was a top priority, the refs and staff made sure that every one was safe. So Moms itís ok to have you kids play here.
I drove about an hour to get to this field and I will be going back this summer a few more times. It really good sometimes to play a more relax game of paintball. Itís a fun place to ball. Hey they must be doing things right because they have over 40 people there ever week. I give the field a 9/10.
Bull creek is a great place for new and experienced players. The field offers Nitrogen and CO2 fills, aswell as Gun rentals, and some food. They also offer Pizza from dominos. The woods is a good course when its not flooded. The air field which is rairly set up is small, but is ok to play on. Paint is fairly priced. usually empire, or diablo paint. The Nitrogen is a bit expensive unless you purchase an air card, which is comparable to an all day air pass. all in all, good place to play if your just looking for a day of woodsball
Pev's doesn't open on Sundays for walk-ons unless a lot of people are already there to play.
Directions to the Field:
Almost in middle of no where, map-quest gives dine directions.
A week or two ago, I went to this field as plan C, being U-do closed and Pev's wasn't open but now I won't go anywhere else. Prices are cheap, $5 for admission and another five bucks to bring your own paint. Owner is really nice, rents pods sometimes for free and always helps a new player. Refs are strict, which is good for safety and many game types are played from forts to capture the flag to respawn. Other players were also helpful, not pushing me aside for being a newbie and a bit young. Paint and air fills are cheap compared to other places nearby. Big field separated by small streams, hence the name "Bull Creek". Recommended for new players and even more experienced players if they're looking for a relaxed game and friendly people.
