I dont care what other people say. I love this place. The feilds r awsome the refs r nice and the prices r great. The only 1 thing i dont like is that they stop letting people come at 3:00. i will defenenatly go back. Oh 1 more than i love the 10 feet rule and the over kill rule i use those rules when i play with my friends.

Review: first, Trishia, Don and dwain are awsome. They treat everyone as nice as possible and contribute there lives to the customer.
But, this field is for rec and woods ball. they use barrels, two concrete bunkers, and spindles. that's it.
their speedball field is barrels and spindles and some hyperball tubes. the field lacks in design.
for hardcore speedballers, this is not the place for you. there is a 10 foot surrender rule and a over kill rule.
so no bunkering!!!
but for family and church groups this is a good place. the surrender rule and over kill rule makes it a good place and safe place for younger kids and newbies.
as for the speedballers, GO TO POWERPLAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Review: The fields are overgrown, and need major maintenance work done on them. The fields are out of date and by the time u walk through the mud and weeds to some of them ur all ready to tired to play. The field is way way to expensive and staff members are incompetent to work on high end guns. Do not go here, Power play is much better.

Review: Do not go to this place. They have the rudest service and charge more than just an arm and a leg. Today i went to fill my 45/45 tank to play around with at home and just a single fill cost me $10!!! While powerplay only charges like $5 for all day air. I haven't been to the field in awhile but the last time i went will prbly be the last. So in conclusion I'd recommend everyone stay away from this place, and if you want to have fun and save a little money, then go to powerplay. I gurantee you will have a much better paintball experience there.

Powerplay Paintball- Way better than Guru
Review: Basically, if you are more interested in woodsball/recball this is a place for you. The fields here are very messy and unkempt (long grass, overgrown brush). If you bring your own gun, it costs just as much as if you were renting a gun. Paint prices arent bad, but air fees are out of hand. Also, if you pay for all day air, they wont fill your tank up at the end of the day, so dont tell them that your finished playing until youve gotten your last fill. Basically, go to Powerplay Paintball for better fields/service for a cheaper price.

Powerplay-Better prices. Better everything. Read Review for details.
Review: This was my first field to go to. I was introduced to paintball at this field. I used to think it was the greatest. I have had many memories associated at this field.

Fields- They aren't very well kept. There are weeds over 10 feet tall on the first field in some places and that just isn't my style. They have two very large fields but they would be best to be used as scenario. If you are looking for speedball...do not go here. They have one speedball course and it is horrible. The bunkers are huge. They provide way too much cover compared to an average speedball course. They do have an airball field.. I'd say it's good for 1 vs. 1. There are only about three bunkers on each side.

Gun tech- This place knows their guns. If you have a Spyder and it needs to be fixed. I'd suggest coming here. They airsmith there is certified by Angel. Meaning, he went to England and took classes.

Trust me. Go to Powerplay. They too have a large field for church groups of b-day parties but they also have two speedball courses and are building more.

POWERPLAY PAINTBALL
Review: This field is very disorginized, the staff is very unexpericed.. very ofer priced ($9.74 for a 4545 fill). They have know idea what speedball is. This field is good for scnerio, church groups,or partys, not a place to play speedball. If you play in tornys you want to go to powerplay belive me.

Review: I would like to say a few things about this field and the owners of it. Don and Trisia go out of there way to make sure these fields are always up and running, they put a lot of time into it.

Now that i got that out of the way i will cover the fields they have. With just the one Air Ball field (yes it has been down from time to time) they dont offer a lot of speedball chances. There is a short walk to an old barrels and pallets style speedball course and it play very nice. They have a large field named field 4 which can play up to 70 people on it, but can be a little crowded. The first field is nice and hope but offers a lot of cover to hide behind. There is a two story in the back corner of this field as well as a snipe hill, there is one other two level building on the field which is nice to play in. There fields are a little over run at times and could use some work. However all in all they play very nice and offer a nice range of playing.

The reffs at times could use some more training, but they do their bes to ensure the main thing any field should and thats saftey.

Their staging area is right next to field 1 and offers the dead players a nice sit to watch the action still on going. They offer plenty of space to put your gear at and even a BBQ pit to cook your food if you would like. There is a shortness on bathrooms with only one porti to use, however it never really seems to be like a major issue.

They offer snacks and drinks at a fair price (compaired to most fields in texas) their paint cost is also very fair with a case costing 30 dollars. Their rental fee is 15 dollars and covers all day Co2, and their also one of the few texas fields that have all day Co2, most fields make you pay by the fill unless you have their rentals. They also have compressed air on hand as well as a airsmith there to work on your equipment. Being that they are still a small business in a area that hasnt seen the boom of paint like other areas in texas they do their best with what they have. I know a lot of people wish they would be more knowledgiable about higher end markers but they are also the only field in Waco (other being Power Play) with a true Angel Tech on hand that went to England to take the classes. If you have any questions about Spyders they know them all and can have your marker up and running within the day if they have the right parts.

All in all i think this field does a great job for what they have in the Waco area, their isnt many customers cause the area is still catching on to paintball and once it does you will see the field grow with it.

Blora Paintball - Not as good as this field
The Bunkers - Staff is better here than Guru
Review: This isn't a horrible place to play. The refs are cool, which is nice. The field could use some work. The Airball field has been down everytime I go, and other than that, there is really no other speedball type of field worth playing on. Every field has pallets and crap that you can shoot through, which sucks cause all it does is make scared newbies hide behind one and keep popping balls through the cracks. Its alright though, I just light up the pallet till they're covered with paint so much they can't see.
The main staff, well, at least the woman, is rude. They treat groups like gods and walk-ons like crap. My team was playing, and trying our hardest to get some decent type of practice with the walk on group, which does't work when they throw 15 on 15 on a 3 man size field, anyways were playing, and everyone comes back to the staging area to get some paint. We start heading back out and the lady comes out of the "Trailer" and yells at our ref that she wants all of the refs out on the big field with the 100+ people church group. Were standing there like???? and he's looking at her like she's crazy, cause there are like 30 of us walk ons. She keeps telling him to go out to the big field, and he's arguing that he can't, cause WE the walk-ons are there also. Anyways, she finally let him go with us, so we could actually do what we paid for, which is play.

Overall, its not bad if there are a few refs there and no big groups.. Don't expect any decent type of speedball, or to practice the way you want with your team. This is "Redneck" paintball at its finest, trust me.

If they would stop treating the groups better than walk-ons, it would be different.

Do the math, a walk on buys an average of say, 3/4 of a case, so thats 30 bucks. if he doesn't have is own gear, thats another 25? I think, not sure what there rental price is. So anyway, a walk on spends between 30-50 bucks to play. lets average it out at 40.

A group buys a case for 4-6 people. They also rent their guns. So your looking at about 30 bucks per player at most, and thats if they get no discounts, probably more like 20. BIG DIFFERENCE.

Review: Not a terrible field but very over priced. Staff is very hard to deal with and not very knowledgable about the sport. Good gun tech but thats all. Fields are all real old and outdated, just not a good field for paintballers. A good field for little kid birthday parties or church groups but thats it. They say that they are going to have tournaments but never pull them off. Very disorganized and not updated about the sport, they still think its 1990. Everything is different now.
