Swan Creek Paintball (now closed). This field wasn't as large but it was a blast. Mike (the owner) was a magician with markers, and the refs were great too! It was a different type of playing field, but equally as much fun.
Panek Attack Paintball: A very good field and continuing to improve! Their outdoor field could use some changes but it's still a lot of fun. Aaron (the owner) is very good with fixing gun problems. They have the best pro shop around this area. A new indoor field will be opening in Jan. and it sounds like great fun!
Review:
Pine River Paintball is the best field in the area. I would say it's the most fun field that I have played at so far. Jan Oster (the owner) and his boys operate the field. They are just great people and have been very friendly and accomodating to my friends and I. They officiate great, and fair. They are also very knowledgable about markers in case you have a problem. The large field is a bunkered 11 acre course with a bridge over part of the river and a cabin on the high ground. Games are various and timed to keep the action going and the challenges different.
Their speed ball course is about the size of one and a half football fields. It consists of stationary bunkers, barrels, moveable (large) cable spools, and long walls set up in a square around the center. The time limit is shortened to keep the action moving.
Soon they will be doing night games!!
Overall, a fabulously fun time! I highly recommend trying this field if you haven't yet.
This field is AWESOME, the guy that runs the place and his sons, which also work there, are great, they are really nice and if you have a problem with your gun, they know what to do to make it run fine again, and they have relatively low paintball prices, it is kinda out in the middle of nowhere, but its very easy to find, and he was out there at the parking area waiting for our group to take us out there, the woods feild is awesome, and the speedball feild is relatively large, but in my opinion it was great. When we went, he was telling us about the night games he was starting, which I am very excited about playing, and last I checked, the night field was all set up with all the glow in the dark balls and that stuff. All in all, this feild was GREAT, both because of the service and the field. I reccomend it 100%!!!!!!!!
