Even though I am a beginner in the sport of Paintball I am not sure I would go anywhere else because the staff that Paintball Village has is phenomenal. Gary Ollie really understands the entire sport from fixing guns, to training his referees, and making newbies like myself feel comfortable out there on the field. The scenario field itself is unbelievable. They have a huge blown out oil tanker right in the middle of the field. There are many bunkers to hide behind as well as oil drums. I like this field because I played with experienced players and it was a pretty evenly matched game because the field really helps even out the competition. I plan on playing there real soon.
If you want more info on this site checkout: paintbvillage.com. They also have some real good specials right now. The only downfall is that they are not open on Mondays like they advertised.
Paintball city, splatterball paintball, northcoast sportsman advantage
Paintball Village is a field for people that want to have a good time. The staff is nice and very professional. Every game, teams are broken up by a 1 2 count so that each time you play you play with different people. The field i played on was a bombed out city, with burnt out cars and bunkers that looked like bombed out buildings. The field is kinda of small but seems to give everyone an even playing field no matter if your a tournament player or just a person playing for the first time. While playing the refs where very active, calling people out, of the game, for being hit to fixing peoples guns right on the field. Once you get hit they walk you off the field and take any hits ,from stray paintballs that are heading your way. The field is located right next to Swings and Things so we had people coming to the field to watch us play. They where having as much fun as we where just watching the games go on. The fields are built like a fortress, The netting goes all the way around the field so that you could be 3 inches from the action without being hit with paint. When it gets dark they have lights on top of the netting so that it lights up the entire playing field. If you go to www.paintbvillage.com they give you the prices and times of play. Overall this place is pretty much perfect, the only thing that made it kind of hard to play was the sand they used for the floor of the field. If you happened to fall you would have a gun full of sand but when i played no one fell. The prices are kind of expensive but once you play there and you see the professional service that you receive, you wont want to go anywhere else to play. Go here and you will have fun.
I have played at Sarges Paintball field in Oberlin ( <---- good but only really play on sundays) , Paintball City ( <---- expensive and has slippery floors)
Great place to go play whenever you want to. (although best days are saturdays and sundays as well as wednesday nights) great place to play for beginners and experienced players.. they have an awesome scenario field and a "7-man" sup-air field which is a bit small even for a 5-man (more like an extremely comfortable 3-man )
nonetheless an awesome place to play.. refs are awesome service is good but can be a bit slow (expected considering they just opened and are working some of the computer-bugs out)
I won't play anywhere else in the area..
what a cool field! i like the 2 air fields and the urban field it has a big water truck and some cars and bunkers and a sattelite dish! the air fields are a little small. the paint is a little expensive. 40 for half a case, 70 for full case. like 15 bucks for a 4 hour session. not a bad place at all and it is like 15 minutes away from my house. oh and if you guys didnt know the website for it is www.paintbvillage.com for the information above at the top of the page.
great field. people are nice there. sevice is kinda slow (had to wait ten minutes before they actually got my tank filled) but thats no big deal. the use decent paint and their rentals have nitro tanks on them which is kinda cool.
The fields are great, especially the urban field. the 2 air fields are a little small but no big deal. also on the urban field they use sand and it gets in your shoe alot.
Also have good refs. its an awesome place

Wow what a feild! it is made by the same people as SC village and Hollywood sports. the main feild is a scenario feild with a bombed out city and truck and cars. it is a great feild and tons of fun. the second feild they had was a sup air that was also a great feild. There was some great competition too. the paint was great and i didnt break a ball. the prices are a little high but it is worth it. all in all a great feild and the distance is also nice. its the closest feild to me. i highly recommend it.
