My kids and myself got there early Sunday morning, nobody but the staff....They were all cool...we got setup and still nobody..... the ref (Chris)did I mention They were all cool...let us play few games before everyone else showed....how often do you get a chance to shoot your own kids...after bout 4 or 5 games other people showed...rest of the day was pretty much the same.....FUN AS HELLLLLL...I've played at other fields and never played as many games as we did that day...I think we played somewhere around 16 gamesand they were still going when we left.....I still cant say this enough.... the staff was hella cool..
They've got 3 fields airball, hyperball and western, the way it looks they had more but it really doesnt matter...
things to bring: water, something to eat(its out in the middle of nowhere) and if its sunny some shade.
Prices- 9/10 (they have the best prices on some of the best paint around!!!)
Facilities- Ummm... not many, so maybe a 7/10? I think I saw a porta-potty, benches.... and that was about it :)
Refs- 10/10
Hours- Normal, what can I say? Regular 9-4 field
Location- 10/10. Easy to find... I got lost, but thats 'cause I was reversed in my directions XD
This is was only my second time of really playing paintball with my own gear. The staff here is awesome! They really help out new players! It was a little slow since I went on a friday night and that was the last night game of the year, and the chief ref was giving me pointers on the field and showing me useful techniques. My gun's dwell was all crapped up and one of the gun techs fixed it for me in like a minute for free. They fill the air for you, but don't rip you off. They give you a full fill. It was night when I went, so there was only one airball field up and the rest were closed, but thats what I went there for (this is why I can't accurately review the fields).
Without a doubt I will be returning here for many trips to come, even though its about 1-1:30 hours from my house :)
***Edited after playing there again***
Alright, went there again and I was just as happy (if not more) than the first! I got to play the hyperball field (AWESOME) and the west field (AWESOME too!). The weather was pretty bad, so the parking lot was REALLY muddy, but the fields were fine. All three of the fields I've been able to play on would get a 10/10 rating from me!

Awsome. My first time there, and they were very helpful. I am new to paintball and found the staff to be very helpful. My Rodeo broke down and the tech helped me out and found out what was wrong with it for free and even loaned me a rental. Had a great time plaing there my favorite must have been the hyperball. Only three places were open western, speedball, and hyperball.
Well this is one of my favorite places in my area. Nothing special. Refs are very cool and help alot, air tech knows wat he is doin,Fields are well kept somewhat(bunkers can sometimes need more air and need a cleaning).Really my only complaint is the fields turf. I dont like gravel like turf with some straw laid down.Other than that i give this field a 8/10
P.S.~~Prices are way better than jungle and u can bring our own paint.
Well i was kinda disappointed the second time i went. To start the day off, we had a major group of rentals in our rec group. I was bringing friends new to the game so i was playin with rec most of the day. The first game was western. I usually like the course (great course with many differant ways to go) but this first game was the worst game i had every played in my life. For backround, midway does a girls play free on sunday special, which i endorse (what male paintballer wouldnt wanna see a few ladies on the courses???) but this is special. We started the game and a friend and i went straight to the 50. A girl playing for free was in the back and obviously had not been taught how to play. After about 30 paintballs whizzing by us, we identified the source, the moron in the back. She yelled at us "HA HA! I got you! Your out!!". After some words were exchanged, she quickly found out that we were not on the other team. The refs called us out and i went straight to the man in charge. I told him the situation and just suggested to him to give a little insight to the game for new people. He agreed and took it into consideration.
Also a great rec field, the "V" field was down for an unknown reason.
The only gripe i have is there is no briefing for the noobs, so watch your back....
Norcal, operation, Jungle, Sunol, Sherwood, and Others

This is field isnt that bad. When my bko was down they did alot of work to try and fix costing me no money. Good staff. Good airball. Nice players. THe problem was, was that there was only one game on and was usally a field i didnt like to much. Alll in all its an ok field.
Edit: After a few of years not coming here, I have come back to this field and have to say it is muuuch nicer! Now its under new management and its runs very smoothly. The airball fields are very nice with both nppl format and xball format. The staff are very nice and the refs do their job very well. Very good pricing compared to other fields and Overall I'd give this an A+ rating. Defintelly coming back to this field =D

This was a great field, the fields were well set up the snake was like it should be, you can shoot people from it. some fields dont have that. i like the hyperball the best its very fun and you can sneak up on people without them seing you easy. there wernt very many newbs, good are bad thats up to you. the people who run the field are nice(this one guy talked realy low and thought you could hear him) crates is kinda laim though and western could be a little better, but its fine. it was realy easy to spot from the freeway. id give this field a nine becouse place smelled realy bad from the mud and it was i little to hot but not overly.
The field is ok overall the thing i liked was that the fields were all close together so u did not have to walk very far however the air ball fields were not very good and the hyper ball field is so small i could make it to the other teams 40 in no time overall i give it a seven because i had a good time while i was there.
