Hole in the wall is a great feild. I have been to feilds all over Mi, and have not found a beter feild or a kinder staff. Paint Prices are great... and just a hint get in good with glen and you may get a liitle deal on ur playing. But you know the feilds are great its afun place to play.
HITW is a pretty good field, they have a good selection of fields to play on, 2 airball field, 1 hyperball field, and 2 woodsball fields. They are all decent fields to play on. The shop is pretty decent, prices are a bit high on things, but arn't most stores? They have CO2 and 3k HPA fills. $5 for all day air, no entry fee if you buy paint there, $10 if you bring paint. Paint starts at $50, $70 for evil. All in all pretty fair prices, better then some places. Their "techs" arn't the best, so be carefull who you give your gun to fix too, but then again their store in kalamazoo im sure has much better techs.
The staff is pretty cool, a couple not so cool guys but most are pretty nice and cool about things. Reffing is decent, just make sure you dont come when theres a tournament some where, as there will be NO refs. Safety is decent at the field too, not to many incidents of kids running around without barrel bags.
All in all, definetely worth at least one trip. Just make sure its not after its rained, the hyperball field is a MESS after it rains. I thought there would never be grass on it again, but amazingly some grew back.
R&S-mediocre fields, competition lacks greatly
68 caliber-prolly out of business for good at this point
If it wasnt for the long drive out to HITW, I would be there every weekend probably. The woodsball fields are well constructed. Speedball field has a nice layout for quick games and lots of paint flying at ya. The airball fields are prolly the best I have played on at any field with the layout providing quick games and good cover. The hyberball field is extremely fun no matter if it has rained or not(even better when it hasnt).
$10 if you BYOP or $5 if you go the day after heavy rains. Worth whatever amount of money you spend to play. Play this field once and I can guarantee you will be back again.

OK Hole in the Wall is a Great feild. The Staff their are awsome and some of them are better then the others. here are a few good things about the feild:
4.Love the Hyper Ball feild
5.Great People their every weekend.
6.House team aint as bad as they say.
Some people say that the House team their every weekend is a pain but playing with the team is so much fun! One of the guys on the team is selling his Rat imp and they let me use their gun in 6 of the games i played. Also, Josh(former house player) let me try out his A-bomb Intimidator and it was a really good gun, light and fast. One time i was there, i played with the house team and after about three games some of the guys asked if i wanted to try out for the team in the next couple of weeks. Unfortanatly, I had no money and my parents wouldent take me. Im going to be trying out when ive got the money, gun, and car. So, look for me there every weekend after July 16th.

Hole in the wall has been by far the best walk on experiance that I have encountered. The people at the field know what they are doing when working on guns and are willing to offer advise to walk on players to help their game. Fields are great with the Xball style field, hyper ball, to the woods it offers what every paintball player could want. Keep up the great work Glenn
-Shop. It has everything. Free installation, decent prices, very helpful people. Main one in Kalamazoo, smaller but well stocked shop at field.
-Prices. NO FIELD FEES FOR WALK-ONS!!!!!! This alone would make me go there every weekend if it wasn't a 50 minute trip. Several varieties of paint, at good prices. Fill prices are reasonable.
-Fields. Several of them, and good variety. Hyperball, two airball, and two recball. Very nice and well organized.
-Distance. But that only matters b/c I live in Schoolcraft, so it is a bit of a long haul out to Bangor.
-Location of the airball fields. They are the drain basin for the nearby cornfield. If it rains within two days of playing there, they will be a mud pit. I think it makes it more fun, but most of my teammates seem to disagree.
-The point that I made that generated some animosity between myself and Andis is now a moot point. The clueless blonde contingent is no longer there. They have hired a couple of new guys, and they actually know a thing or two.
There are no real weakness' to this field. If it was closer, I would go there every weekend, but the distance is killing me.

2nd time out was the BIG game, great time. 300+ people made for a hell of a game and I'd go back every week if I could.
The terrain is awesome if you love woods ball as I do. When the foliage is on the trees its even better. The deep valley and surrounding hills was both fun and challenging.
The refs were very impressive considering they were out numbered 50:1!!!. They kept the flow of the game(10am-4pm, 5pm- sundown) smooth and uninterrupted and safety was never compromised, you were not let back on the field if you didn't crono. Hot gun checks out in the field were taken care of promptly.
The employees who were obvoiusly being pressed all day, kept there cool and performed well.
Hole in the wall was fun. They had very good fields, and very good rentals. The balls they sell there are sweet. JT elite rock. I personally think the airball fields were crazy fun, but woods ball was my favorite. The super ball field is crazy, but the hyperball field was a little muddy. I've heard from other people that the hyperball field is mostly mud year round, but still fun. There were many good players out their, so if u are a noob u might want to watch out. They have nitro, compressed air, and co2 available there for refill and they have a little store so u can buy things (at least that is what i think stores are for).
The staff can be cocky and arrogent to say the least. After a day of playing a bunch of house "pro players" were sitting around laughing about how Glen, the owner I presume, likes to piss in all of the bunkers, so "don't slide in". Not very cool.
Some of the staff is good but the overall attitude is that you are on their field, and your big mission in life is to light ya up. Luckily the ones I played with were not that good, and couldn't back it up.
i played at this field the 2nd time I went paintballing and i thought that is is alot better than .68 caliber. these fields are more open than that of . 68 cailber and the service is alot more friendly the guy that works there is very nice
they have change the prices to 10$ if ur bring ur own paint and it is free to get in if u buy there paintballs 50 dollars for 2000 paintballs and the air is good price
