Atomix, Hell's Survivers, Futureball, RJ Performance, Splathouse, and UPC
Pricing: Pricing is about average here. $15 for entry and all day air. Paint is $50-65 a case depending on the type. This wouldn't be bad, except for they sell old paint and do not rotate it ever. Expect dimpled balls. They have also recently allowed BYOP for an additional $15 fee.
Fields: The outdoor fields are pretty much what you would expect. Fairly large area and they change up the Sup Air fields quite regularly. The indoor fields are a different story. The floor is dirt/sand that turns into mud due to paint and them hosing down the bunkers. The lighting is poor and it is usually cold in the winter although they claim to heat it.
Staff: This is the reason I will never play at this field again. I played in their winter leagues for two years, and every team complained (except the house team). The refs were extremely rude to players, and were too lazy to actually check players most of the time. One of the seasons I played was when they were opening their Potterville field, and still had the Battle Creek field open. The level of communication to the teams was unacceptable. They told us to either check the website or call to find out which field the league was going to be played at. Throughout the season the website was not updated once, and Mark rarely answered his cell phone. The house team actually ended up winning the league after being in second to last place after 4 league dates due to maxing 3 dates because no other team knew where they were playing. They also told us when registering that trophies and prices would be given out to the top 3 teams, which never happened. One of my friends also left his pack at the field one day, and called Mark. He was told that they had it and would drop it off at the local store (Outpost). This never happened and the next time we ran into him he claimed he had no idea what we were talking about. I fell it is worth the extra half hour drive to play at another field than give my money to this kind or business.

Well lets set the facts out so you can decided, Their home team wipes, the ref's suck and don't do a god damn thing, the owner is a royal dick head, they change their rules in order to keep more money ( for instance it was a bring your own paint day and he said, "oh well..sense you brought your own paint that will be an extra $15) ,and they don't pay out on tourney's very well. All in all they SUCK so save your money and go play at home because that would be more fun1
I would come right out and say this field blows...but they do have a few outdoor fields. Their indoor field is...p.o.s. (at its best)...the floor inside is dirt, and the bunkers are setup so you cant move anywhere in the center. Other players there are sparce, and normally people who have never been here before. The staff was just RUDE, and did not know how to fix a SPYDER!!! After playing a few games indoors, we went outside. These fields are acceptable, but i will never spend my money here again. FOR THOSE WHO DO NOT BELIEVE ME...MAKE SURE YOU BRING A BACKUP GUN!!! Since i thought the outdoor fields are o.k., i will give it a 3...but its still not worth your money.
i have never ever played any field except for this one, but i dont know how any field could beat it
i would only give this field a 9 because its the only 1 i have played, and to give it a 10 would be bias. Having only played one time, with a field rental gun and 400 rounds which cost me 35$ (over priced) i tend to prefer playing scenario, woodsball, and the village. the over price is why i gave it down another point, way too pricy, but i still love the field. one thing that i like about it that most ppl dont is that there were no rfs. until about half way through the day. even when the ref did come, he didnt interfere except to point out safety tips for the guns and playing, so we had alot of fun playing elimantion to the end, without a time limit. the players there are awesome also very helpful players, my thx goes out to "pump". i dont like the owner, at the counter, but no1 else seems to either, hes an overconfident guy w/ a 2000$ angel which is annoying b/c if i had a 2000$ gun i wuld be good too, but hes just not a very cool guy, something wrong w/ his attitude.......but the field is awesome, take alot of friends when u go, it tends to be sparce w/ other players but the ones that u can find are very nice and cool.
I would recommend Chaos if your an experienced player who is looking to play with other experienced players. If this is the case, then check on them at the store, find a time when you can play with them, and do it. This team and field are the only store/ team/ field combo that i would recommend playing with. And i've played with a lot of them.
the field itself is more of a bare field, airball seems to be their forte, but from the countless times i've been there, i've seen amatuers and professional players ballin it out with newbies.
I recommend this field for people who know what they're doing and want to get better.
Ok so when I pay to use a field I expect to see something in return for the fee. I dont expect to have to ref our own games, even when we ask a ref to watch the game as we suspected a few who were not in our groop of not going out when hit the ref walked away halfway through the game. The field layout and setup were not bad. Paint price was average. But the thing that will make our group not go back was definatley the operators. I can go out to the middle of a field and throw up some plywood huts and it would cost less than the field fee for the group at Chaos and there would be just as much staff involvement.
ok here's the deal. I've only played paintball 4-5 times..... i have never played on an actual "field". i was wondering if this course was in fact good enough for my dad (never played in his life, using my tippmann 98 custom if we go) and i to go here if we get free admission to the place. i would really like to try out a course and im just wondering if this course was all fine and dandy for n00bs with an autococker (i know how to use it lol) and a 98 custom.
None in Michigan, just moved here from cali, and nevada.
Wow. I should think about making a buisness out of my backyard like these guys did. Charge outrageous prices for paint and rent out guns that cost me$20.00 to buy. I could make a killing until people stopped coming there because of the afformentioned items!
I am sorry Mr.Socalledexpierencedplayer, this field and your attitude needs lots of work!
If you ever brought that attitude to my field I would personally throw you out on your rear end. Not all people who play are as expierienced as I am or much as you think you are.
1. These Paint prices are reasonable if !! you were to have a great field and great people running it.
2. Safety - was not an issue while i was there. Signs- yes. Refs enforcing it- No.
3. Fps limits . Signs- YES Refs enforcing it - NO (chrono gone huh??)
4. Gun rentals for the new players, Are you kidding me? This is a complete waste of your time and your money. Go buy some cheap marker from wal-mart and you would have more fun and more reliability.
5. Fields....I think size is a matter every where you go and that this does not make a field bad if it is small. The layout on the otherhand and the bunkers, barrels and what have you should be top notch. These fields are on the smaller size. The seed ball course is good. The rest all are a waste of time. Unless you have no other choice and live next door would I ever consider those again!
Sorry fellas but this field is a 1 out of 5. The 1 was for the speedball field. (by the way was not aired up the first time I went). Play in your own backyard with a buddy and you would have saved lots of money and gained as much expieience as playing at Chaos.
This is probably the 50th time or so going to a new field and is near the bottom of my list.
Just work on your attitude and your field and things might get better for your buisness.
Increase safety with refs who know what they are doing, rent guns that are in good shape and are half way decent, and air up your field if it is OPEN for buisness, and above all CALM down about how GOOD? you really are. People will like you more and your buisness might BOOM<
This field sucks!!!!!!!!!The first time i went there the guy was very unhelpful and the refs were horrible. the fields were not that bad. The second time i was there the owner or whoever he was wasn't as bad but he was still an arse. the second time i was there some of the fields nets were off or ripped and you couldn't play on some of them. the refs were always around and would bug me and my friends and i got annoying after a while.
i give this a three because i did have a little fun.
The field that i played at was the village because we had a large group of people. I think that this field was really nice and big the bunkers were cool and there was a good amount of barriers so u can have cover rather than there not be that many. When i got there we drove around the whole place and the fields looked okay but they were tiny and it was pretty weedy. The only reason i would play here is because if there was a large group of people and we would play at the village. Also the refs arent that bad xcept one game they didnt tell us the other team was out. Mark on the otherhand is a hardass and very egotistical.
