mostly outlaw ball
Sgt. splatters(blah)
Area 51(decent)
paintball city(pretty fun)
Review:
This i think is the best field on Ontario, lots of cheap days, and later on in the year they're opening the new indoor/outdoor plex so now they can make money over the winter.
PROS:
- Awesome fields
- Friendly and good refs and staff
- free air and co2 fills
- nice speedball and airball fields
- easy to find (just look for the wasaga water tower)
- big staging area
- refs dont tolerate any safety hazards
CONS:
- prices on non cheap days are pretty high
- Lack of grass on airball field
- Plenty of cheaters, but with lots of players and few refs it can only be expected.
- Zap primer/Tork isn't exactly great quality but its better then a lot of stuff i guess.
They have awesome tournies, i've been to a few and i didn't see any cheaters because the refs were awesome at keeping everyone in line.
Beach blitz 04 rocked hardcore.
Great overall field, lots of stuff for woodsball and speedball players, nice staff and players.
Definitly going again..and again and again...etc Best field in Ontario.

Bracebridge Paintball (it will always be home, good work Jamie)
Paintball City
Review:
Pros
-Huge
-good staff
-nice terrain
-comfortable feeling
-hosts the Wayne Dollack 12hr game
-good priced paint
-friendly refs
Cons
-Can be kind of easy to lose yourself on the field during the 12hr game. (nice and big)
Summary:
I love playing rec ball, thats what I started on. This field has about every kind of terrain you can want to play through. My first experience there was the Wayne Dollack 12 hr game. And I can safely say, I will be going there every year that it shows up. Whenever I get the chance to go to Wasaga Beach with my friends to play, we do have a great time. This isnt against the Refs on the field, but during the last big game, there was a fair bit of cheating that we noticed. But of course, that is bound to happen. I would recommend this to anyone who enjoys a good recball game, and the speedball field is nice as well.
it has amazing fields, and good rentals, I got my paintball gun there,
My fav. fields are the town and the speed ball court. the prises are a bit steep, 10 paint but good if you come on special days. ( 6 cent paint) If you go there a lot I would recommend getting a membership.
Altogether, i think wasaga paintball is a good site, has good fields and prices!.
I can find nothing wrong with this field, also u can have a speedball game whenever u want, just ask.
This is AN UBER field.
Many different maps to get used to.
Many interesting scenarios and the maps have plently of cover and points of interest(ie. houses, bunkers)
The staff there are VERY friendly especially when you just get your first gun(helped me fix SO many little things like broken balls, missing O-rings. I used to think my day was done till they fixed my problems :),.
Also the refs help alot they walk around the field and if they see people getting hit then they help them get off field, and they reinforce safety(ive seen alot of ppl get guns taken away for lifting mask on field) and they are VERY good at balancing teams and spotting wipers and velo crankers(every ref has a handheld chrono so u ppl cranking to 320 fps................bye bye.....) also field limit is 280 so the ball hurts enough to tell youve been hit but not nuff to do anything beyond a sting. Also the proshop is very exclusive and speciallises in Tippmann gear :). Only problems with this field that ive noticed is alot of gunowners with high quality weaponry and then alot of noobs(saw a noob with a Automag, ouch it was embarassing to watch).GREAT FIELD. If your in the area drop by and mebbe I will see you PB'ing :).

I overall had a good time at this field. My main impression was that this field is meant more for the 1 time paintballers. IE most people there had played less than 5 times and the field was suited to that.
I thought that the paint prices were pretty high. they sell it in small quantities, so adding up the price of a day can be misleading. If you are going to be visiting here often, i suggest you join their members club (or whatever its called) b/c it saves you a lot of cash.
This field actually has about ten fields. each one is unique, and i liked all of the ones i played on. We played on only woods courses. The fields are well maintained, and have been thought out thoroughly. They did have speed ball and sup air fields, but we didn't play on them.
overall, i had an excellent time there, and would visit it often (except i live in the states), i was a little mad at the prices, but most of the people that went didn't realize they were high b/c they were new to the sport.
ive only been here twice, and both times for the 12h wayne dullock scenario games, and each time ive had an AMAZING experiance. the field is HUGE, lots of cover, lots of brush, an all-round amazing place to play paintball.....the refs were good, the staff was polite, a great place.
The Pros
-Awesome feilds
-Big staging area
-Air ball :D
-Lots and Lots of People
-CHEAP w/ my trpc membership, free entry, 6 cent paint
The Cons
-there is a staging area wait....sorry but it is AROUND 10 minutes, but honestly between getting air and refilling it goes QUICK
-There is more cheaters here then any where I have ever been. This isn't the feilds fault but there is just so many of them. I went today, and there was 4 instances of players playing the whole game with people yelling (your hit on the back) (I ask the one guy if he had hearing problems but after the look and dirty words I got i decided to let the refs take care of it. So next time i saw it, i called the refs to him but the feilds are to big and we have 60-70 people playing , (literly) and they can here you so the cheaters keep playing.
-We came early and got a table in the shade, then when we came back everytime it was compeletly full with other people, even with our bags on it!!!!!.....
-We never actually get to play airball, even when we ask right at 9 am....
-You basicly go where the ref wants, not the feild that everyone wants (i know this is right, but a little less enjoyable.)
Overall
9.5 out of 10..... I love wasaga beach, I only go there now.... I know i have alot of cons but honesltly it is BY FAR the best feild around....
RLD-Nearly as good
Sgt.Splatters-Not as great
Area 51-Not as good
Review:
Pros:
Great use of terrain, over 60 acres of land and 10 different fields
Excellent organization for games
Variety of scenarios and games
Bunkers and good cover in the woods
Clean
Well maintained staging area
Good refs and rules
Great organization for chrony and fill stations
Great atmosphere
A 'sup air field and a speedball field
Cons:
The paint wasn't the best
The refs didn't explain all the rules of certain games on occasion
The staff here are very friendly and always try help you out. They don't yell at you when you wander to the back room to rechrono, in fact, they even gave me paintballs every time i chronoed which i did not ask for. Despite being a little more expensive and a long trip out, I would have been happy spending twice as much for the quality. The many fields were amazing! They were kept clean and the staff played what you wanted play. Although i was using my own equipment i looked at their rental stuff. The markers were in excellent shape and heck, they were even being run on HPA. I am not giving this place a 10 simply because it is "good" apposed to "bad", for me i felt the only way a paintball field could be better then this was if they were giving away free angels.
