i went to the field with a friend...and i must say i enjoied myself
the prices were very decent...it was a BYOP paint day, so $5 to get in w/ FPO (BYOP is $25 admission)...the shop was in good shape....but not very well stocked as far as equipment to buy...but they do have a selection of markers for beginners and more advanced players.
when time came to chrono..my gun was shooting very low and i couldn't get it to adjust very much, (it's a lower end marker) but the staff there helped me out the best they could.
one thing i didn't like about the field was the fact that their policy on barrel socks (they do not allow barrel plugs, must have a sock/bag) is not made very clear, until a ref sees you with a barrel plug.
the paint i used was their August special white box paint ($45 a case),and i expected it to be a little lower quality. i chopped only like 3 balls the whole day and they seemed to be breaking on target.
the bathrooms are not very appealing..but i din't expect much.
fields are in great shape and i must say i enjoy playing on the woodchips (very easy to slide), even though u do end up slipping a lot on them.
basically, i plan to go back there in the very near future.
me and my friend did play some 1 on 1 games, which i thought was pretty cool of the refs to do.
LVP hit it right when they put their place together! Its indoors with air conditioning which is great when your birthday party gets rained on in the muggy heat of summer like ours almost was!! I'm so glad we booked it at an indoor facility. My son & his friends had such a blast that we've come back again & again. Its so convenient, right in Emmaus and not up in the 'hills' like most of the outdoor places we've been to.
Their staff are truly concerned about you having a good time, and they're not just kids working for favors!! You can tell that they are trained employees interested in their workplace, and most of all our safety!!
The owners are ever present and friendly and great to talk to - you can tell that they want you to enjoy yourself, they're not just out for a quick buck. They actually promote the sport, your safety and your enjoyment above everything else.
The prices were also the best we could get when calling around.
All in all, a 10 out of 10!!!

I took my kids here for a birthday party and they had a tremendous time!! We have previously gone to other nearby outdoor fields and they were ok, but very dependent upon the weather. At 'LVP', we played past dark and in an air-conditioned indoor arena while it rained outside!! They even had a full menu from a local pizza shop delivered right to our table!
The owners were friendly and down to earth - offering to help often - even lent me one of their own 'fancy' guns to use!! The refs / staff were knowledgeable. friendly and well able to help the guys that knew what they were doing and even MORE understanding of those us who didn't!
Bottomline is this - Great field, Great time, Highly recommend it and can't wait to go back myself ... I think I'm hooked!!
Lvp is an awesome field to play at. The customer service is great. They help you out when you need it. Their tourneys they have had has been a great experience. I have recently read some things on their website that i have been confused about but there is one that i think everyone should read. This place has the nicest people. I think everyone should check this place out.
outlaw, stonemak, del hobbies, wannaplay, captn carls, velocity > lvp
the good - air conditioned, clean well-lit staging area, nice air stations, 45 fills.
the bad - the paint is garbage and overpriced, not a very good turnout on weekends (mostly little kids or nubs), the xball field is not wide enough, the other airball field is too short (they seem barely big enough for 3-man games), the floor surface is unsafe (woodchips provide NO traction), the bunkers are over-inflated, the refs are nice but suck at their job.
my suggestions - get turf, ditch the second field and make one large x-ball field, deflate your bunkers, sell quality paint. do all of that and you will have a narly field.
Outlaw, Dels, Stonemak, Capt'n Carls,Wanna Play, Velocity, iron triangle
There surface is trash! Why would you put hampster cage chips on the ground it is the worst idea ever. They need to spend the money and get some type of turf. It is impossible to run on that stuff, as soon as you push off to run all the wood chips move from underneath you and you hit the cement and dont go any where. Also Their paint is not that good. I bought a box of spank for $45 now i wasnt not expecting good stuff but come on it was the softest paint i ever felt. Its like they left it out in the sun it was that bad. The balls would get stuck in my hopper because they would sqush together and block the rest of the balls from going down the feed neck. GET A NEW PLAYING SURFACE AND PAINT AND THE PLACE WOULD BE GREAT! Untill then I recommend not going unless you like looking like you were rolling around in a pig cage at the end of the day from all the wood chips on you, and in you.

I love LVP, i think this place beats any other fields in the area. the staff is very nice and the pro shop has everything you need, if they dont they order for you that night!! the fields are great since the wood chips are getting more packed down and its easier to run and slide. this field is great for anyone whether you're just starting or you've been playing for years. i give this field a 10/10
I absolutley love this field. We've played there since we heard about it opening and we wont consider playing anywhere else. The field has a great enviroment, fair, and somewhat hillarious refs, the owners are chill and are willing to help out in any way they can.
The field is amazingly well run, The refs make sure that the games are fair, and split up teams when nessacary. The field setup changes every two weeks, so you can learn a field, enjoy it, and then right when it gets boring, it changes again. The staging area is complete with tables, chairs, and a bigscreen TV with DVD player to watch some paintball on, just in case you couldnt get enough on the field. The refs help out getting you ready for the next game. The Fields are covered in woodshavings...or "hampster hay". It definatley makes things interesting.
The prices are excellent, The only thing they compare to are the old monday nights at global, which are sadly a thing of the past. Thier proshop beats global's prices consistently, even though global is at most 3 blocks away. The field will even call and order you pizza, subs, and whatever you want from a pizza shop, delivery doesnt take long. Paint ranges from 60-65 a case. They now offer 4500PSI air fills, and also rent HPA tanks, which is good when some of your gear decides not to work *(voice of experience)*
We recently played in thier first 3 man tourney. Wow, That was the best run tourney I've ever seen. I've played in skirmish tourneys and the GPL, but I have NEVER before seen a tourney run TWO HOURS AHEAD OF SCHEDULE. The entire day, no games were backed up, everything ran smoothly, and all the games were played ahead of/on schedule, never getting behind. The field was covered by 7 refs, and they made sure that the games were fair and points were awarded fairly and that unsportsmanlike conduct was not tolerated whatsoever.
LVP is definatley the best field in the area, If you want to have some fun and play some paintball without spending the thousands of dollars skirmish requires, come down to LVP, its a great field.

Skrimish USA(much bigger but not necessarily better)
LVP is awesome. The prices are great, and everyone is very nice there. Unfortunately, there are only two fields, but it is indoors so what can you expect. The fields are very nice, and they are switched up every few weeks or so which is pretty cool. I went with my friends twice and we had a blast, I would definately reccommend this to anyone who is looking into going. 10/10
Edit: I forgot to mention that you do play on woodchips, wich one, is very slippery and you will fall a bit, but they are putting an anti-slip surface under the chips so that should help. Also the chips do come home with you, in your shoes, pants, basically everywhere. No biggie, but just kinda annoying.
