The fields at Stalker are very nice. The owner of the field got some more bunkers this year so the airball is larger and more technical. The shack at the field is no longer now that the owner has expanded the staging area(for more parking) and plans to build a building that you can go inside. The building will also have push button air fill stations in it.
This field has a awesome proshop. Its always packed with the latest and greaest equipment. Mike and Diane are very nice people and always get me what I need.
This field carries worr paint which a very high quality paint and works well in my gun.
This field was awesome before and with the new building and larger airball its only going to get better.
BFG---Not too bad unless you work there (shrug)
Jungle Cat---Prety fun place to play; inexpensive and the owner's a real hoot!
Stalker's---Ummm...I'll get to that.
Paintball Sam's---Pretty fun. Large fields, average prices. Good place.
Well, I'll be brief. Pretty fun place to play. They have adequately-sized fields, average prices for paint and supplies, and the ref we had there last time was a real class-act. He had no qualms about teaching us some of the techniques in speedball and even demonstrated by grabbing a rental and playing with us.
Unfortunately, that same day featured the reason I will no longer be going there. This incident occurred approximately 1 1/2 years ago during the gang's last trip there.
As we all know, paying for a private party includes sending payment in advance, plus a small security deposit. We were to get our deposit after our day of 'balling was complete.
Our day ran pretty long compared to other groups' (around 11am-5:30 pm or so), and when we went to the front office to claim our deposit money, the old woman behind the counter (owner's wife? Grandma?) told us point blank that they would not give us our deposit back. Why? we asked. She told us rather matter-of-factly that we had "stayed too long" and our $120 depsoit would be forefeited.
That's right---Stalker's took our money because we had "stayed too long". What's worse, they had not dispatched someone to tell us at a reasonable time to tell us that we should be going, much less warn us that they'd steal our money if we didn't leave after four hours.
When we argued that what they were doing was wrong, the woman smugly shrugged and said "Well, there's nothing I can do about it." That pretty much told us that they believed that it was okay--despite our group's purchase of over two cases of paint and a butt-load of fills--to rob us for getting our full days' worth of playing time.
I believe that we had gotten our money's worth out of that whole day of playing. That is what "All-Day Play" is supposed to mean, not the 3-4 hour "all day sessions" most of the fields in south-eastern Wisconsin play you for. But what Stalker's did that day was just wrong.
In closing, I would just like to give my friends up at Stalker's a nice big "1" for stealing our money, along with a nice big fat bird to remind them of the business they lost that fateful weekend.

I think Stalker is the best place ive ever played it owns every field i have been to so far. The people are very nice and willing to help you out with anything. The people that play there are great to [EXAMPLE] My team and i were playing at a tourny there and one of my teamates gun broke down and all the teams were helpin us try to fix it but they couldnt so a guy just let him use his x-mag and hopper and tank it was pretty cool.If i could i would rank this place a 100 but you know i cant so... =] IM TELLING YOU ALL EVEN IF ITS A LONG DRIVE GO!! I LIVE ABOUT 3 1/2 HOURS AWAY AND WE CAR POOL UP THERE AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Stalkers is a well run field. Mike and Diane bring many years of experience and paintball expertise. I have not been at a field where I felt as welcome as I do when I am at Stalkers. Stalkers has a large variety of fields which offer every level of player excellent challenges. If you are a newbie looking for a great place to learn the proper etiquette of paintball go to Stalkers. Mike and Diane make sure that safety and fair play are a priority. If you are an experienced player looking for fair and challenging tournament play go to Stalkers.
GREAT FIELD, MIKE AND DIANE ARE ALWAYS NICE, AIR BALL FIELD IS HUGE, GOOD STAGING AREA , HYPER BALL IS GOOD , COULD BE CHANGED AROUND, LOVE THEIR TOURNYS & PLAYERS CLUB ....$50/CASE KEEPS MY TEAM COMING BACK OVER AND OVER.....COMPRESSER ALWAYS GETS MY TANK CRANKED FULL....ONE DRAWBACK SAND IN EQUIPMENT, BUT NOT MUCH YOU CAN DO ABOUT THE AREAS SAND SOIL
IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A FUN FILLED DAY OF PAINTBALL GO HERE...YOU WON'T BE LET DOWN
Almost all of them that are well known like PB Daves, BFG, ect.
This place is simply what paintball fields should all be like. I can't tell you how often you find a decent field but then it's ruined by rude or non caring staff and players. Thats not the case at all here. Mike and Dianne have to be the best around, I used to play at a lot of other fields till I tried Stalker out. Now I only play at Stalker because of how great it is. Like a lot of people have mentioned the pro shop is tiny but complete. They have 4500 or 3000 HPA fills, co2, and just a great display and variety of guns, gear, and the little nick nacks that make it complete. Prices are far better than most places around on gear and paint prices are the best around for quality Blaze paint. This field is the place I take anyone who is interested in paintball or has not played on a pro field before. Everyone ends up buying equipment and comes back to Stalker.
The only cons would have to be the cost of c02 refills, and not enough people around here like to play woods ball. Thats not Stalkers fault though since they have the most amazing woods fields, it's just the players.
THIS PLACE IS GREAT, THE TOURNAMENTS ARE INTENCE, THE FIELDS ARE WELL KEPT, THE STAFF IS REALLY FRIENDLY, AND THE REFFING IS ALWAYS FAIR. PRICES ARE GOOD, AND THEY WILL DO ALL THEY CAN TO MAKE YOUR DAY OF PLAYING PAINTBALL THE BEST. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK, AND SEE YOU AT THE NEXT TOURNAMENT.
My team played a tourney there this past weekend and I must say we were pretty impressed. Very nice, well kept fields. The proshop was small, but very well stocked. Prices seemed to be pretty good as well. Their tourney fields were awesome. They have hyperball and air ball. Our event was held on the air ball field only and it was a lot of fun. The staff was friendly and the refs did an excellent job. They also did what they could to clean up the field somewhat in between games to keep players from getting called out for paint on them that didn't come from hits. They kept the games running smoothly and there was very little downtown between games. All in all, an excellent job. I only had two real complaints. One was that they charged tax on the paint, which I had never seen done before. It wouldn't have been as big of a deal except they didn't have us pay until after the event and so it took a lot of teams by surprise. The only other issue was that the head ref was quite rude at times, even making a sarcastic comment about one of my players guns, saying that it wasn't working right because it was "overpriced". All in all though, an excellent experience. We are sending another squad up for another tourney in a couple of weeks.
Mike and Diane are the nicest field owners I have met so far in my 11 years of play. They are always willing to lend a hand or a ear. The pro shop while small has good prices. Since they have been in buisness so long many times they will match or under cut prices of internet dealers. Mike is always willing to take a look at any marker he sells if it has a problem.
Stalker has a large variety of fields. Some of the oldest are Field 1 (spools and barrels) the marsh ( a large valley with bunkers and towers with long paths along the sides for flanking. The oaks ( like the name suggest a huge field of oak trees with fallen limb bunkers and large flag stations). The maze ( super dense under growth field with twisting, turning criss crossing paths. A complete blast to play in mid summer. but so so the rest of the year) Over the past 5 years they have added The hole (Dont play this field in early spring if you want to keep your boots), Airball (a very nice one to), speedball (ehh needs some work. Pines and boards), hyperball fields (decent hyperball field, long ball rules since its rather open).
2nd and 4th sundays of the month are players days. 50 a case for Blaze, no field fees.
All the time 50 a case from the pro shop.
The only problem with Stalker is location. The 3/4 of a mile drive from shop to field in early spring is closer to a mud bogging competition. Many times I've heard people yell at drivers. "Step on it or you'll bog down and get stuck" but its been alot better in recent years.
Stalker uses no gun or head shot count rules on Sat for reservation groups that mix with walk ons.
Nitro the super PB dog is awsome, hes not as fast as he used to be but hes still a great dog that will come over and watch you shoot. He just loves watching paint fly.
