TAP is a great place for anyone to go play paintball. It's good if you just want to have fun or want to be serious. They have a castle field and a speedball course. Both were very fun courses. The people there were cool and treated everyone very nicely. They also helped out the newer paintballers and gave tips to others. The reffing was fair and good also. It's really cheap to play there too. I recommend playing here to anyone at all who likes to paintball. Very great place. 10 out of 10.
Jager: crap compared to this place
Drop Zone: close but no were near as great
Directions to the Field:
the heck if i no
this is the place to go if u were to paintball in kansas
the field is like the best i have ever been on, nice and awsome all around with its huge castle and all that good stuff.
in all my 4 yrs of pbing this is the best place i have gone to, the guys that work there are great. even if they are there on a day off they are still willing to help you. for instence my A5 was being stupid and decided to stop working, so a guy that was there on his own time helped me try to fix it and found out what the problem was and everything.
Not to mention Roger (the dude who owns the place) he is the one of the coolest and nicest (i dont care that i cant spell) guys i have ever met, he wants to make sure u are having a good time and that everything is goin good for urself. like when my gun stopped working he gave me a rental one free of charge (and i still owned with it! LoL) but yeah all around when your there u feel not as if ur in a strange dark and unfriendly place, but in a place were you can depend on the ppl and have a good time no matter what
Great Field. Large Large Castle ball Field Great for 4man and up. Great speed ball Field. Roger(owner) Is a Nice guy helps with what ever is needed, Need help with your guns, hes your man. Field is in a sort of valley so wind doesnt affect accuracy to much the field is overall nice lots of vegetation and bunkers and objects to use for cover. I recommend This field to all Castle/woods Ballers and the speedball Is great if Your into that too.
dropzone witch is a decent course with similar prices but no woodsball.I have played at jaeger's witch is no comparison to homeland or dropzone.
The prices are excellent. The people are always friendly and willing to help. They have great fields and are always a blast to play on.I would highly recomend this field to anyone who like woods an castle's.It's about the same distance to get there as dropzone.
I have been going to this field since I began playing. Roger, the owner, is great. He is willing to help people out by fixing their guns should they need help. There is free camping and fishing, and it only cost 15 dollars to play including all day air. The castle course is huge and is continuously expanding. I have not played anywhere else, since I have seen the need to go anywhere else. This place is awesome.
Have played several other fields including dropzone and no other field compairs to this one!!!
This field is top pf the line. Roger has put allot of time and thought into the outline and overall design of the field! The castle course is awesome and getting nothing but better!!
Safety is one of the top priorities to this field! Signs are well posted and staff makes certain to tell all new players the rules prior to entering any game.
Roger and his staff are very knowledgeable about all styles of makers and has replacement parts if needed.
Players are always very friendly and helpful to new and younger players to make sure that everyone has a great time.
There are restraunts close to the field as well and facilities to camp and BBQ at the field/
Dropzone-expensive and smaller, Jaegers-expensive but lots of speedball
This place gets bigger everytime I go. Roger the owner is real nice and helps everyone. I have a upgraded A5 that was leaking air and a player took a game out to fix it and show me why it was leaking(I was missing a part). They offered me a 98 for no charge if it wasnt fixable and then didnt charge me for the service or the part. There is no fee to bring your own paint and they even filled my tanks when I was leaving so 15$ paid for everything all day. The field is massive so when about 40 guys showed up there was plenty of room to play-Roger said he builds weekly and is working on an airball field for Spring 2007-thats the only thing they dont have. This is the largest and cheapest place to play-you just need to call or email if you are going solo to make sure what day everyone is coming which sucks if you arent flexible-most go on Saturday and it leaves Sundays to a really small playing crowd.
They run a great Field. the owner goes out of his way to insure that everyone has a good time. Biggest castle around. tough to play with small group. They have great family events. Halloween Bash is great, There is camping and fishing at no charge. They have good speed ball field
Awesome Castle field. Best I've played at. Puts Drop Zone's Castle scenario field to shame. Every game at this field is different, unique, and fun. You really have to be on your toes. Can be right on top of someone and not even know it! Lots of close quarters areas if thats your thing - or stick to the more traditional bunkers or tower areas. Really cool.
Owner should consider changing name though. Confusing with the other Tornado Alley in El Dorado. Also - they really need to update their website. It's pretty lackluster - could be great and really help business.
I get the impression that the owner is more into the 'hobby' of building the field than running a 'business' - because he's very laid back, very freindly and and definately family oriented. I think this place could be wildly successful if marketed a little better.
I have been going to this field since I've started playing and I love it. The Castle will have you awe-struck. No matter how many times I play on it, it never gets boring. The Castle is simply amazing. And it's only getting bigger. There is a close quarter combat building which will be a must for any woodsball player. The Speedball field on ingeniously made with all the different angles that the bunkers poses.
