If your coming through Lawrenceville get on old route 250 to Bridgeport there is a light there and a marothon station turn left and if your coming from Sumner you turn right then go down about half a mile to another light then keep going strait till you get to another then you get to the last light wich is not far from the Bridgeport Grain Inc. turn left at the last light and you r there.
Gary Brow the owner of the field is a nice guy (if you show him anthing that's not being made any more he just go nuts and i'm not being rude or any thing) and the rules and safty and everthing like that are like other fields. I haven't fully looked at the hours of operation. To be honest i think that the price of paintballs are really good.

What the happened too the big outdoor field thay used too have? I heard that place was pretty cool. Is there someone out there that knows and is willing too tell me what happened? Thought thay had like a plane in the middle of it and it was hyped up too be one of the best fields in the area.
i havent really played on it but it looked fun tight but fun... i just dont get what this whole controversy is abou tover all the fields in the area... dont we all play paintball?... and isnt paintball fun?... it could be worse and we could no tbe playin this sport at all... why can tall the fields get along and just forget about the burdens of teams and whose better and all of that... the local fields need to start up their own league or series where everyone is friends and gets along... cuz it seems to me that everytime someone loses or doesnt get their way the complain and say the field sux... i personally will play anywhere against anyone as long as i am playin... think about it like that layers and enjoy yourselves.... THIS FIELD ROX TRY ALL THE OTHERS AROUND THE AREA
SSS- Probably the worst field EVER
Paradise- Nice, good competition and nice fields
The Colosseum- Awesome
Paintball Barn- ok, nice fields
Paintball Pit- Probably the 2nd worst field ever
Warzone- nice field
And a few other fields that I cant think of right now
Directions to the Field:
Well lets just say that this is the best field in the area. Nice UAPL style setup, nice paint, and great service. Props go out to Speedy, Gerry, Hope, and the rest of the staff. The prices on paint and entry and good. The only thing that could be better is if they
added another row of lights on the field, but other than that it's AWESOME!!! I'll defiantly be going back about every weekend. The competition awesome and brings out some of the best teams and players in the area. Keep it up guys:)

Silver Spur Splat-Needs Work, and better staff
Tree Huggers-Great staff even better fields
Directions to the Field:
Friendly Fire is by far the funnest paintball place i've been to yet. Their staff is to great of people, they couldn't help me out more then with what i need. The field is absolutely amazing, best i've been on. Its an Indoor Airball course with turf just like the UAPL and the same size too. They have 3000/4500 tank fills, First Choice, and Ramp Paint that is very non costly and works well with any gun from what i've seen. I simply cannot compliment enough on how great Friendly Fire Paintball is. Had a blast last weekend hope to see all you guys tomorrow.

Directions to the Field:
Well, I have been to this field about 3 times. We, Junction Boys, stay busy, as a team, from tournament to tournament, and then, everybody's busy work schedules. So we don't get to practice all too often. My first time was with the grand opening I believe it was July 1st. The field was a blast to play on. The competition was stiff. From Idaho Pimps to Sadistic, including Power Stroke, Brute Force, the younger guys that are up and coming, us, Junction Boys, and some random players put in the mix. The staff was awesome. Hope, Chelsea, Speedy, Gerry, Jill, and sometimes even Franny and Roc. Speedy and Gerry, besides owning, and running the place, didn't mind getting out and mixing it up with everybody. There are refs. In the mix are some PSP certified refs which are helping to teach some of the greener refs. The field, I believe is made of good times. There is a good local radio station, which they have playing in the staging area. Good Jams. Good paint, at a super cheap price. Yeah, it gets a little warm sometimes, but that's what many people have come to expect when you get running, sliding, diving, and shootin fools. Haha, that's for you, Kevin. They're basically willing to open @ any time. That's even advertised on their website. Everybody there, @ least all of the self-respecting paintballers know when it's time to play around, and when it's time to Play HARD. At any field, you should expect younger kids to come out and play. As older and more experienced players, we all know that we are the people that these kids look up to, and want to be like, so we don't Play HARD against them, we play around with them. There is a big difference. Now, because Junction Boys are fairly easy to get along with, we make friends everywhere we go, and this place is no different. It's really easy with such a relaxed environment. The coolest part, is when you're wanting to take a break, I like to go down to Doc Holliday's Diner, which is just a half-block away, then go back to the nice and cold Pro Shop, and sit down eating, and watching some Cereal Killerz, or whatever paintball DVD they're playing. Then, when you get tired for the day, but still wanna chill in the paintball envrionment, go play some GHTP Max'd and shoot the same fools you were shootin' on the field, on the TV screen. HAHA, gotcha.
SSS-k lets get staright to the point SSS SUCKS HARD
well first of all Gerry and Speedy are two of the coolest guys ever as a matter of fact just last weekend my team and another had practice they helped us so much that i seriously feel like i gained alot from them unlike another field the place is indoor and is actually open you dont have to wait for someone to show up with a key and then not open it any ways they will let you play whenever you want it is air conditioned all the refs at the field are personal friends and they are psp certified the owners actually know how to work on the guns that you bring them they dont just have all these certificates on the wall and dont know jack they actually know how to work on the guns also the field has turf which i have no problem running on it is the best field around SI as far as i am concerned
This is by far the best field in the Southern Illinois Area. If indoor airball isnt good enough. The refs there are all psp certified refs so they know what they are doing unlike other fields in the area. The tech staff there knows alot about the markers and how to work with them. Gerry and Speedy are about the nicest people you will ever meet and are by no means the least bit scarry...If i could give this field a 20/10 i would but it only goes as high as 10/10 which is what this field rightfully deserves.
My first thought when I saw this field was that it was way to small, but super nice. Then I actually played on it and was only right about the last part. There was a ton of people there but I was able to go out just about whenever I wanted. The games went fast but I prefer it that way.
The staff was great and I had no problems with the service. Anytime I had a concern it was dealt with immediately. I'm told they change the layout every week so you really never play the same field twice when you go. The field is all air bunkers and the floor is turf covered concrete. They are set up for two fields but only had one up when we were there. The pro shop is nice too. They don't have much in stock but can order whatever you want. They ALWAYS have good paint in stock and if you know you are going to need a bunch ahead of time the can get you whatever you need.
I'v been back several times since to buy paint and have repairs done and I always get treated like a VIP. This place is great. Anybody that says different must suck and probably got their but kick on the field when they were there. I got spanked and still love it! See you there!
hmmm lets seee
SSS-Good Field (Pops is the Man)
Paradise Paintball- Great field set up is very nice
Tree Huggers- it is a very awesome field needs alittle work though and it could be the best
Friendly Fire-I love this field its a very close drive for me its indoor so therefor you do not have to worry about excessive heat since it has A/C
Directions to the Field:
This Field is great ive played there a total of about 20 times already. The saftey is great they do have insurance if you dont believe me i guess just call NSERA and ask if they do..the field is great the dimensions are just like the UAPL field so i guess if you think thats small then you have some problems...its not made for 7man its a 3man/maybe 5man field...they are open every night from 6-10 and weekends from 9am-6pm....prices are very resonable and the PAINT IS NOT CRAP ive shot over 30 cases of paint and ive not chopped one ball so im guessing who ever posted that they chopped paint must have something wrong with there gun. The staff is great Gerry and Speedy both know what there doing i think theyve been around the game long enough. Gerry is a certified PSP ref so the refs up there are learning from the best source. There are always tournament players up there ready to play/prac. im not saying that its made just for tourny players but i was up there 2 weeks ago and they had a birthday party with about 15 little kidsand if bashing a new field makes you feel so special about yourself then go right ahead Your not hurting anything but your PRIDE and basicly just downgrading yourself... HAVE A GREAT DAY 10/10
