This is absolutely my favorite field to play. We had a blast today. It was a little bit of a drive compared to where we have played in the past, but it was more than worth it.
First off..the staff is excellent. We brought a private group and had several positve interfaces with Steven, one of the owners, while we were setting up the outing. Once we got there, they were even better. Steven, his dad, his mom, and his wife were all there and kept things moving along at the exact right pace. Amazingly, if you had asked them any of our names by about our secong hour, they could have easily told you everyone who was there. This may not seem like a big deal, but it shows that they cared enough about us to learn all our names. Steven and his dad were the refs and they were excellent. Close enough to do the little things like call people out and paint check, but never in the way. Very fair and very safety concious. They also tried to help me when my gun malfunctioned.
Rental/Field Fee Price was average ($15 field fee, or $25 for rental with field fee), but definately worth it. Paint was excellent. $45 for a case. Not sure what it was but it broke consistently on the target and I do not remember anyone having any balls break in the gun.
When I say that they only have 2 fields, don't let that deter you. If you like woodsball, you will never get bored here. We played thier main field for about 4 hours and could have played it for a couple more hours without running out of different games to play on it. It is huge and varied. They have trenches, pillboxes, dirt piles, heavy tree cover, sandbag bunkers, everything. They had a ton of games to play on this field. They also have a second field that they are finishing up that is a World War I trenches field. The trenches have two levels, a top level so kids can play this and still see over the trench, and a lower level for those of us bigger kids. They have a 3rd field mapped out that is about twice the size of thier big field. I can't wait to see what they do with that land.
They are currently only open on certain Saturdays or for private parties. It is more than worth it find 19 or so of your friends and take a trip out to Alvarado. I can honestly say that this is my first choice of fields and this will be the one I look forward to going back to the most.
10 out of 10. Check these guys out.
Played there again. They've added a lot of new bunkers and extended the trenches on both fields. They also had new games that we did not play last time. This place is great and the ownership is awesome.
When you go, ask to play Monty Python Civil War at the end to get rid of paint... It was fun and hilareous. If you've seen The Search for the Holy Grail...Think of "Its mearly a flesh wound".
Their third field is now open. It opens up much more playing area and more game options of playing it alone or in conjunction with field 1, field 2, or both. This place rocks.
They have now added scenario and woodsball tournaments to thier awesome resume. If you like woodsball you really have to check them out.
Plus a little birdy (OK...it is on the official website) tells me, that DFW Pro will be one of the fields to host preliminaries for the $1,000,000 Paintball Island tourney.
You will love this field as much as my friends and I do!!!

By far the most realistic mil-sim experience in the area. If you are looking for paintball boot camp this is it. The only negative is that they are just getting started, so they are not open every weekend yet, but they will open up if at least 20 people register in advance. I spoke with the owners and they hope to be open full time by fall. They also don't have their speedball field up yet, but the woodsball more than made up for that. They are digging a trench field that we played in the morning, and it will be great once completed, and once it cools down a little in Texas.
