Cousins Paintball Staten Island (Formally SI Paintball) Paintball Field
rexplex in jersey - indoor, much smaller, better competetion and lower prices
liberty paintball - outdoor, bigger, mostly newbie crowd about the same prices

this is my local field. it has 3 woods fields, and 1 speedball field. the fields are okay, the speedball field is definately the most fun to play. they have a little shop (that sells stuff at MSRP) and is good if you need to pick up something quick like a part or something and you dont mind paying the extra money. the referee's are okay, everyone of the staff there is pretty down to earth and cool to talk to. the paint prices are ultra high for barely decent quality paint, which sucks. i havent played on weekends too much there, due to the prices, but i play usually on wednesday night speedball. the competition is decent on wednesday night, and its BYOP, which is GREAT.
the overall experience at sipb is quite good, for any type of player. its located out in the boondox of staten island, but you can't really complain, its on the island.
RexPlex in New Jersey. Rexplex has Great competition on Wed/Sunday nights. Team practice usually draws alot of local teams.

Staten island paintball is a great places for newbies. Ive been playing for about 6 months and i prefer not to play there even i was payed to. Weekends draw alot of young kids who dont know better and make there parents shell out 100 a case...Good for Buisness but bad for your reputation. Overall a horrible field, even thought hyperball is cool in my POV...IT NEVER CHANGES........
