Positives:
- Very friendly staff and owner. Willing to help you out and always very understandable.
- Several Airball fields including an X-ball and 5-man field. (They're in the process of building more fields)
- High Level of competition. (There are many high quality teams there including Team Nasty. A D2/D3 X ball team. Most teams are willing to scrimmage your team right then and there, but visit the forum to make official plans with anyone you want to play.)
- Prices are VERY good. From entry, to rentals, to paint. It's all very affordable. Almost every field I've listed above has charged more me more for paint and entry. (A few I only participated in tournaments so I really wouldn't know.)
- Open all year round.
- Plenty of parking
- Paved road, I know I know. A paintball field with a paved road? They have it, and it goes over a sweet little bridge. So no more worries about getting stuck in the mud while driving.
- On that note, the fields are kept up very nicely. Once and a while they'll get muddy, but for the most part they are filled with grass. This is due to water actually draining off of the field. They designed the fields to do this.
- Home field of many team: Team Nasty, Tremor, Lowlife, MD Massacre, and University of Maryland Terps just to name a few.
- Did I mention price?
Negatives:
- I wish they had 2 X-ball fields instead of one, but they're getting there.
- I can only play there once a week, stupid college getting in the way of paintball
- It's an hour drive from me, but well worth it. OA is 15 minutes from my house, but I choose to drive that hour because it really is worth it.
- I don't play woods too much anymore, but from what I've played the fields are decent. (sorry I couldn't be more detailed woodsballers)
Conclusion:
Best field all around that I've ever been to. The combination of the price, the level of competition, the quality and number of fields, and the overall friendliness of the staff, owner, and players is unmatched.

This is definetly the best field in Maryland! To prove it go there and you will see players from trauma, naughty,Ironmen, and other very good teams there. They host a buttload of tournaments each year from scenario to rookie and ameture events. They are with paintball wholesalers so they get many benifets from them and also was great because I went to paintball wholesalers and they were out of stock on the tank I was buying so they called the field ub and since i was going there, had me pick it up. They have 5 or 6 field including 3-man, 5-man, X-ball field, attack/defend castle field, and another woodsball field. They ere making another field that will be finished soon and by the size they have laid out it looks like another airball, but I could be wrong. The castle field is a great field with noobs to sponsored players. The castle/fort field also has lots of shed sized buildings, some hyperball tubes and snakes, and of course, a big, two storied fort with 4 towers. The other woodsballl fiels is fun too with the shed like things, a tall hill, and a couple big ditches. The best Airball field is definetly the big X-Ball field. The reffs there are great and really fun, they will lend you a squeegie andhelp you during games. There is 4500psi, 3000psi, and co2 refills. Therer is a big pavillion with picnic tables vending machines, and beside it is a fire pit where they will sometimes make a pretty dandy fire i may say. The rentals look like pretty good guns. The pricing there is the best i've evr seen- $15 field fee, free tank fills, and buy or bring your own paint. The safety there was good, had to get your barrel socks on etc.. They are open from Saturday & Sunday: 11:00am - 5:00pm
Monday thru Friday: available by appointment - call store
The paintballs you buy there are very very good-procaps and are always in good shape
Go here for a great day of paintball

I went to this place with a group of friends and we had a great time, but for every good thing, there is a bad thing.
First the Good:
-This place is cheap, so if you don't have to much money to spend on paintball or paint this is a great place
-They have a awsome "village" with a castle in the middle which is great for people who want to play in and urban type setting
-they have some great speedball/airball fields and if you go there and there arn't many speedballers, just ask a ref and they will let you play on it despite how many people you got, which was great because me and my friends got to play some awsome 3 v 3 games.
-they have a great supply of paintball gear so if you need anything, you can get it
Now the Bad:
-First off, they only have 3 different fields, speedball, one woods, and one village
-the refs arn't the cream of the crop, they will walk over to you and give away you possition, some off them are just jerks. Also sometimes refs watching speedball will tell the other team were you are which is a pain.
-the guys working there are useless for any gun maintness help. My gun wasn't working so I had the guy look at it then he gave it back and said "I probaly could help you, but I don't have time to open it up," he then gave me the gun back and sat down and watched Star Wars. So then I had to just use a rental gun, so if you have any gun problems the lazy guys working there won't even try to help you
Overall this is a decent place, great if you don't want to spend to much money on paintball

I am writing about AIRBALL/SPEEDBALL ONLY - I don't play woods.
There are always a bunch of people to play with. All levels.
The refs are good, they are all trained well, and really get in there when they need to do paint checks and stuff. Everyone is laid back and chill. There are no real jerks there.
The price is great and you get unlimited fills for air or co2.
The airball is ALWAYS up. You get a lot of games in too but GO EARLY B/C MOST PEOPLE LEAVE AROUND 3ISH. They have 3 different fields, x ball, 7 man, and a 3/5 man, that are all different and challenging.
I suggest you go there if you are intermidiate to experienced or are willing to learn. For newer players Paintball Sportsland is probably a better place to start out.
Ive used this field ever since i started in the sport and i have seen it go from a small woods field to a full blown set up it is now. I even use to referee there myself!
The staff is friendly. The fields are kept up.
The castle is cool but feels a bit rickety.
The fact that they have so many fields for so little $ is great. The X ball field is awesome.
The main drawback is they sometimes arent very organized! leaving 15 mins between games or more! The refs seem like they just dont want to be there and they like to give attitudes towards the beginners that isnt needed. Also they are abit afraid to get in and paintcheck!
Overall the fields are fun and the tech staff is great. But they need to filter out the crappy refs!
This field is awesome, for woodsballers, to speedballers, or just a bunch of kids wanting to have a load of fun.
The refs are great, they will check for paint (in village at least), and are very nice. They have 4 fields currently, and will have another one up sometime. 2 airball, a village (plywood houses with a castle in the middle), and a woodsball course. The village is the main attraction for people who go (in my experience). Everyone there is great.

This is one of the best fields I have ever played at. There are 3 woods and 6 air ball. There is the village (woods) has a giant castle in the center of the field and it has little white houses. The woods has a giant hill and also little white houses. The woods has more brush and cover than the village. There is also another woods field that is being designed by Maryland Massacre and it has a smaller castle on top of a hill. This is behind the woods field and is sometimes played on. The air ball has 2 fields being made, a X ball field, two seven man, and a regular air ball field. In a scenario, all of the fields are combined and make a giant field with missions or quests which you can earn points or prizes for your team. Parking is usually not crowded and there is picnic tables to set your gear on.
Try to get there early on scenario because it can be very crowded and you have to use field paint for scenario games so you might wait in line for a while; but on regular game days you can use your own paint.
The hours for Paintball Adventures Park are from 11am to 5pm on Saturday and Sunday. Sometimes you can stay and keep playing after 5pm. Scenario games will start early than 11am.
The prices are good for a paintball field. $15 dollars for entry and all day air (C02 and compressed air). You may also use a season pass that is $150 and it lasts from day you bought it to the same day next year. Prices range from $40-$60 dollars for paint and prices range for parts.
There are rules to play at Paintball Adventures Park. You must all ways have a barrel plug on and velocity under 300. Also you must have a mask on while chronoing your marker and in the field. You should all ways try to put your hand and marker up when your out and walk along the sideline.
The service is very good here. There is all ways someone who will help you whether they work there or not. Also you can get many things fixed there.
The refs at Paintball Adventures Park are good. They sometimes do not call a game and you may wait a while for a ref to start a game. The refs usually get most of the calls and they will yell at you or another player if you or they bonus ball a player.
There is a wide variety of players there. Some are first timers and others are very experienced. Markers will range from tippmanns and spyders to shockers and other high ends. There is a variety when you play woods because usually a group of speedballers will come over and play woods. So its a good mix. Also Saturday is more for newer players because its mainly woodsballers and Sunday is for higher experienced players. Sunday is when teams practice and more air ball happens.
There are port-a-pots and a playground for family members who don't want to play. There is also a snack stand where you can buy drinks and food. Prices range from what you get.
I think that this is a great field and you should come and play if you are a first timer or highly experienced. Come and play at Paintball Adventures Park. See you there.

We just played a tournament there today and the refs were horrible, absolutly HORRIBLE.
One game I got called out for bunker rub. They yelled at me "YOUR OUT GET OFF THE FIELD" Then I politely asked him where my hit was. Then he procided to yell "GET OFF THE FIELD" He at least could have told me where it was. Later that game someone came up to bunker my friend, my friend shot him. And he didnt go to the deadbox. I leaned over to the ref next to the deadbox and said. "please put the eliminated player in the deadbox" Then he proceded to pull our last guy and start flipping on me screaming saying "YOUR DEAD, YOUR DEAD" which at first i took as a threat.
Then another game. I shot 2 guys then ran up tape to bunker another, I shot the last man, then stepped out of bounds. They pulled me and wiped off the other guy. That lost us 3rd place
Lets just say. Tournaments would be the only time i return to paintball adventure park
OA paintball, didnt play but received much better assistance
Review:
well i have only played there once, im from GA.
well the field layout is pretty cool there there is alot to choose from there. big woods field, plaenty of airball, pretty flat Xball field.
i didnt have my gear so i rented a marker. Impulse with a revvy, co2
great setup for a rental, it worked great. i outran the hopper and chopped alot of paint but they gave me a new hopper. THANKS!
refs: the refs were pretty good. they started games every 10 mins, they divided teams up pretty evenly. i yelled for a paint check and got one very fast. i was also in the snake and was getting blazed and there were spectators and a ref there to let me know that yes indeed they ALL bounced! SWEET! they even gave us the option of having a big game on the 7 man field.
the front desk: they were below average. had some questions about tryouts, they just said to talk to so and so. not any questions about my experience or an id card or appa num. i thought that was odd.
facillities: ONLY 2 restrooms! yes only 2. lots of parking!
all in all it was allright.
i liked having the option of woods or air.
ill let u know how the "stacking"teams at a tourny thing goes there after july 23.
