i have been to fox river games when i was young infact it was the first place ive ever gone to. thats not the point the point is the Best GAME THEY HAVE IS KING OF THE HILL. If u never played king of the hill there it is the best there is a 50ft hill and a team is on the top protecting it and a team at the bottom that have to carry these to huge flags to the top and get them in a house. If u never played i pitty u. thax you
Been playing here for a few years and no matter what always comeback. I even bought a lifetime membership for myself and my two boys. We have been to other more expensive parks that promise a lot but dont deliver. As for me and my boys fox will always be are home field. You cant beat there pricing, paint price or their STAFF.
Keep up the great work tim, wade and all of you who work at fox..........................................
I have been to Fox River about three times and right now it is the only field i have been to other than just buddies large properties. I love playing woodball and let me tell you that this place is awsome! I loved it. The refs were ultra friendly. One ref even let people including me use his angel marker. Plus the mix of people there was great. There were older guys past there 40's playing and kids that were 12 and everyone inbetween. This field was a great intro into paintball and everyone readily gave me information on anything paiontball if they knew it. I really enjoyes myself here.
Problems: The rental guns arent the best. It would be nicer if they could get tippmann model 98's instead of the automags which have ultra low accuracy because of there short barrels. Also the paint is really expensive just like every other place.
Yea my team and i had just done a tournement hear called the young gunz league. Sadly it got rained out tho. But yea i thought that the fields that the young gunz were at were ok, but i liked the airball fields. But i give the staff an 8/10

Tri-city love it for indoor refs are really friendly
Review:
I kinda like this field but the only reason I hate it is when your on a open game you have to go with a group of open players and the refs decide which field your going to I wish It was like tri-city you line up to which field you wanna play but other than that the BYOP everyday makes it good I give this field a 7 out of 10
It is one of the best fields in the area. The paint is resonably priced, the refs are good, and the fields are AWSOME! They have woods, speedball, a hill, a village, and more!
Woods-Good. They are big and have good bunkers but once your spot is revield, your bunker gets pounded with paint.
Speedball-Good. About half the size of The Badlandz's but still fun. There really isnt much cover and that ads to the fun because you can runs to the other team's side and shoot from there.
Village-AWSOME! It is small but has really cool bunkers. I liked this field the most. Just watch-out if you are in a tower or high-walled bunker because the other team just needs to tap the door and everyone inside is out.
The only negative though is the rental guns. I dont need to use one but they are Automag68s and have like 4or5inch barrels, but the everything else makes up for it so I give it a 10.
I am very proud to say that this is the best field i have ever been to. The service is top notch, the fields are awesome, and the reffs are super cool.
First - the sevice - There are dozens of guys behind the counters that will help you out if you have problems. Such as gun problems. They will all do their best to fix the problem so that you can get back into the action.
Second - the fields - fox offers a variety of feilds you can play in. They have 3-4 speedball courses that rock (especially their hyperball fields). One of the best fields is their town. An awesome place to play.
Third - the reffs - All of fox's reffs are super cool. They know how to do their job and do it well. If you call for a paintcheck, you wait for ruffley 5 seconds and a reff appears. Plus, all the reffs are normal ballers. If you have a question about paintball guns or other stuff, ask them.
I took my team there and we had a blast concidering we were missing two guys, anyways the fox river was a bit high dew to the recent weather there, but i warmed up to the water very quickly, becasue i fell in but i had alot of fun the rest of the day using the creeks as a major mode of transportation, by the way, why does't more people just jump in the creek? any ways, the head ref was a bit of an ass, but what can you do about that, there was a group of late entry marines there doing a privet game, for some reason the refs only wanted to do one game at a time so we had anywhere form 15-30 people on a side, but it was fun... drawbacks their boundry lines kinda get a bit...um...how do you say....hidden, becasue my team was going to go around the back of the other team, so we followed the wire and guess what, we went into the wrong field, so when we did get back across i got lit up...damn refs for drawing atteation to us, but that was the first time i got hit in the chest...damn that hurt...
conclusion: Great place however if you want to play more games with a smaller amount of people go to Operation Paintball
they need too fix the pot holes on the speedball fields.
talk about poor safety. I got hit more than once from balls flying over the top of the fields while sitting in the parking lot. I also think they owe me a car wash from my car getting hit the same way.
over all its a really fun place. the only reason i knock it is for safety they just need to do something before someone gets hurt.
I went to a touney there(Young GUnz Series) and there was also the WONE 7 man there.
.AND open play..
So they were a little busy than usual then probly. with places to park, but it was packed.
But i hated the field going by the road you drove in at the entrance. And was just plain unsafe....
.The touney was runned pretty good, could have been ALOT better reffing tho(refs got really lazy on us)..at many times were guys were hit and shot like 2 people out and they were already out. Was ran pretty smoothly, but i guess since it was YG people were let off a lot of areas. . like this one kid crono'd after the game, shot like 310(has to be 280 or below) reachd and changed his velocity and then shot again and refs liek "your alright"....^^something is going on^^**think same team that the kid played the whole game with a hit on his mask(CLEAR AS DAY) in front of mouth, and got at least one guy out.
But for people that want to enter the tourney(Young Gunz Series, go ahead.. Very fun, and alot of people with ur same skill level at your age (10-16).
(not having to do with the fields) bathrooms were crap, but other wise i had a good day........fields were muddy, but its rained like crazy the last week.
